Jacque: I'm happy you got a positive OPK so you better be baby dancing like crazy so you do get your BFP this month. Have a happy 2WW and don't drive yourself crazy stay calm and be relaxed.
The machine I had I borrowed from a friend so I didn't have to buy it so that's why I didn't mind spending on the sticks but it's a pricey machine all together. Everybody has all different methods on TTC so keep using yours and your dreams will come true. I spoke to my doctor yesterday and he said that B6 vitamin a person can take when feeling nauseous is that true?
Amanda: Did you set another time for your ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby? Aren't' you going crazy that you haven't found out yet? I'm going next week and I wish it was this week I can't wait. How are you feeling lately?

Ok ladies... I am not sure what is going on with my body right now. I took an OPK today... you know, to suffice my POAS addiction and it was the MOST positive OPK I have ever taken, EVER!!! I am not kidding, the test line was BRIGHT pink before the pee even went all the way across the test window. I also had this huge temp dip today, and I think i am having Ovulation pain while I am typing this..... so, it looks like one more night of babydancing... cause it seems like today is O day!!!! I called Mike at work, he said awesome... we get to do it again. I love my man, he is soooo mature. lol So Jennifer just looked at my chart, and asked what my CM was like today so I went and checked it again and it was STILL EGGWHITE, it had been like this for days, and it is not seamen, it is definitely CM! Just a thought... wouldn't it be my luck that all this time I would have been ovulating on CD 16 and 17 rather then 15 and 16? If that was the case I would not have timed baby dancing at the right time.... man, I really wish that in the past I would have continued to take OPK's after I got the first positive..... I am going to check the saliva scope now... I hope you are both doing well!Kristina: I have recently heard that about B6 also... if your Dr says it is ok then i would go for it. Just make sure it is in small amounts, less then about 150mg because it can cause nerve damage..... BUT Amanda will know more about this then I do! Amanda: Hello my dear! I hope all is going well and you are having a wonderful week! Jacque

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, I got ANOTHER POSITIVE OPK today!!!!! It is lighter then yesterday, but it is still positive. I was wondering... should I log it as positive or negative on my FF chart? Part of me says that I would have to be honest and put positive... but the other part says I think yesterday was O day and I do not want to put a positive OPK on my chart because I do not FF to give me a later O day then the 16th... but if I am not honest on my chart then it will not be accurate... what the hell!!! Who get 4 positive OPK's? Is there anyway I ovulated twice? ??

Hello ladies!
Jacque-My guess is that you caught the upswing of the surge and now are on the downside of it-still elevated above the control but coming down. I bet your O day was the day after you got the super positive OPK (that would be today right?), since the surge happens before you O, and now you know it's on the downside. The month I got pg I got 3 positive OPKs-the one in the middle was the strongest, so hopefully that's a good sign for you! I'm sure you've asked around on other boards-see what the other ladies say. What is your temp doing? Maybe that will give a better indication of when you O'd.
Kristina-I'm sorry you're feeling sick. I took B vitamins with my 1st pregnancy and it didn't help me, but it's worth a try. Ask your doc about the correct dose, because I don't remember. It's funny how you hate the smell of your husband's car-I can't stand the smell of the grocery store near our house. I go to one a few miles away because it smells better (or rather, it doesn't smell at all, LOL), also it has better meat and produce and it has a daycare for Abbie. But whenever I need to run into the one right by our house I just want to get out of there QUICK because the smell makes me nauseas.
Alex has an US tech at work who owes him a favor so she said she would scan me to determine the sex of our baby when I got to 20 weeks b/c she wanted to be sure that she could tell the sex. So I'll go in about a week and a half. That will save us $75-more money for decorating the nursery! I REALLY REALLY want a boy, I told Alex I'm afraid I'll be disappointed if it's a girl. I know I'll be happy either way, but I think initially I'll be a little disappointed, but I'm sure that will go away quickly. I just don't know how I will manage to do 2 little girl's hair in the morning!!!
Love and sticky babydust! Amanda
PS-Abbie says she wants to be the little sister, not the big sister-how do you explain that to a 3 year old?

Well, the last several days have been eventful to say the least. Thursday and Friday of last week I was sooo tired, that both nights I was in bed by 7pm! Friday I ended up having the worst headache that I have ever had, I had the parents pick up their kids two hours early. I have never done that before, but my head hurt so bad that I was throwing up. I caved and took a Tylenol. I never take any sort of medication. I felt so guilty, what if I am pregnant? I know it will not hurt the baby, but still... I do not want to take any chances.
The Saturday I started to feel better, so Mike and I decided that the three of us were going to go to Mike's parents house for Christmas. Well, we get on the road, and the BREAKS IN THE VAN STOP WORKING!!! What is up with that? It scared the crap out of me. So, Mike (with all of his racing and mechanic experience) drives the van home..... but cannot figure out what is wrong with it. He had never been stumped when it come to a vehicle. He has worked on everything from Cars, to Semi's, to Locomotives! So... it is going into the shop on Wednesday, I hope it does not cost us an arm and a leg....
Sunday Mike's parents came here for Christmas. Thank God that was over. I feel like we have been celebrating Christmas for ages. His parents were actually pretty nice. Cheryl took her trip to Wal-mart (she always goes to WalMart while she is here)... no clue why, they have their own walmart.... The worst part was when we were talking about having a baby, the subject of names came up... so we told them, and she had NOTHING to say. She made an odd face and changed the subject.... oh, well.
Other then that.... I am 5 DPO according to FF, BUT I think I O'd on CD 16.... I know i keep saying that, but I really do. I feel like crap, but I am trying not to read to much into it. I am also having these weird cramps.... I want to be pregnant so bad that sometimes I worry that I am convincing myself to have symptoms....
Amanda: That is so cool that you have an Ultrasound Tech that is determined to find out the baby's gender.... and at the perfect price... FREE! It is hard to believe that you are so close to the 20 week mark!
Kristina: The big day is almost here!
Ok ladies... I have to finish getting the kids down for morning nap... talk to you soon!
