OK Ladies, nine more days until I can test... I must stay strong and not test early! This is what I have yet to do between now and test day.... Tuesday 22rd: AOH meeting Wednesday 23th: I am going to Bake Pies and do some prep work for the big meal Thursday 24th: We will have any where from 4 to 15 people over for Thanksgiving.... I am so excited. We will eat, watch football, watch Christmas movies, and eat some more all day! Friday 25th: Black Friday!! WOOHOO!!! We are shopping! Saturday 26th: Mike's Parents are coming over and we are going to decorate the house. Sunday 27th: Decorate the outside and Church Monday 28th: Tumbling Practice Tuesday 29th: AOH Meeting Wednesday 30th: TEST DAY!!!! I hope it is enough to keep me from testing early. I feel great, staying positive... the only issue is my nose, I have to blow my nose like every thirty seconds. It is driving me crazy! Kailey got 5th place out of 8 at her meet yesterday, she did a tad bit better then at her last meet! She tried her best, and that is all that matters! I am so proud of her, and cannot wait to the last meet of the year, it is on the 4th. Then our next meet is not until February! I hope all is going well, talk to you soon! Jacque

5 more days Until I can test, thank GOD the TWW fell over Thanksgiving Break, because the TTW is going by so fast. I really do not know how I feel... let see, I am about 8 DPO. I really have no urge to test, and you know... I feel normal. I always have the same symptoms this time of month... and every symptom falls under the category of "this symptom can indicate that AF is just around the corner, but at the same time it can indicate that I will be getting a BFP soon". So, I am not going to speculate.... just hope. Thanksgiving was WONDERFUL, in fact it was the best Thanksgiving we have ever had. The food was perfect, everyone was in an awesome mood, and we had a ton of people here. It was Me, Mike, Kailey, Uncle Donnie, Joette - Jim and Their 4 kids, and 5 of the AOH girls stopped by. We had 15 people, it was perfect. I hope each of our Thanksgivings to come are this wonderful... and you know, I think it was so wonderful because there was no "real" family here. I know that sounds awful, but if you knew how our family was you would completely understand. Other then that, not much is new here. You are both almost to the 12 week mark, hard to believe that you are almost 1/3 of the way done with your pregnancies. I am so happy for you, and cannot wait to hear how you are doing. Have a wonderful weekend. I hope to hear from you soon! Jacque

Three days until testing, and I have not even had the urge to test, woohoo! I am 10 DPO today. I still feel normal, so I have no speculation to weather or not I am pregnant. Last month I had a 27 day cycle.... so I might test on CD 27 and 28... we will wait and see how I feel that morning! So, our Kitchen ceiling was leaking this morningg (it is under our bathroom) while we were getting ready for church..... yippee..... so instead of doing my hair and getting ready to head out the door I am now waiting for Menard's to open so I can get so pipe. Thank God Mike and I are handy around the house or we would have to pay a plumber a butt load of money to come out here on a Sunday! Well, I am going to go back in there.... Mike is getting ready to cut open the floor - mind you he has to pull up the tile we just set..... such is life! Oh, I forgot to mention..... we did go shopping on Black Friday. We went to Peoria from about 6pm until Midnight, and we had such a good time. The stores were so slow since everyone went earlier in the day, the best part is that we got a TON of shopping done AND we still got everything on sale! WooHoo! Plus Mikes parents were here yesterday, and Mike's mom was not a total cow. Don't get me wrong, she was still somewhat of a cow... but alot nicer then normal. So, we decided to show them the babies room and tell them that we were trying again. We did not tell them how long we were trying, or about Trent, but they really do not need to know. Mikes dad was so EXCITED!!!!! Mikes mom was a cow, and did not act at all excited. When Don (Mikes dad) was going on and on about the room, Cheryl (Mikes mom) said it looked ok.... OK? WTF is looks frickin awesome. If anything I expect you guys to act like it is no big deal since you are the ones that always have to listen to me go on and on and on about it! lol Ok, I am really needed in the bathroom now... I am just going to copy and past this update in all my boards... I do not have time to retype it over and over again! lol Jacque

Hi girls! Again I apologize for being MIA for so long. I am doing better. MS usually finds me in the evenings only now lasting from before dinner until I go to sleep. But yesterday was the first day in a very very long time that I didn't throw up-hopefully I am on the road to recovery. My next Dr's appt is on the 6th and hopefully we are going to be able to hear the heartbeat. I wouldn't say that I am showing yet-I am just thick around the middle-my waist is gone and none of my pants fit. We had a nice Thanksgiving, my inlaws came and we had dinner at my parent's house- just the 7 of us. My inlaws were in true form as usual-nothing overtly mean, just snipey little comments here and there. We told them I was pg (which I didn't want to do, I'd just assume wait until the baby is born if I had my way). Then they basically blamed me for the miscarriage last year and told me that I had better take it easy this time. That was fun. The good thing was that they showed up on Wednesday-while I was working, and left on Friday-while I was working, so I only had to really see them on Thursday. I worked fulltime last week-I was sooooo tired, I am not used to working that much-but the extra money will be nice for Christmas.
Jacque-2 days until test day WOO HOO!! I hope you get that BFP!!! I have my fingers crossed!
Kristina-How are you doing, I'm sorry to hear that you had some complications, hopefully that 2 weeks off from work was restful!
Love and sticky babydust! Amanda

Amanda! I am glad you are feeling better. Soon you will be back to normal! I am sorry your inlaws are such freaks, believe me I completely understand. I wish they would have acted happy for you, and hugged you and your hubby and talked about how excited they are to have another grand baby - you know, just like it happens in the movies. I think it is so funny that you did not want to tell them, we are not telling Mike's parents until I am 30 weeks, and I am not kidding. We never see them, so my belly will not give it away! I want to test today, but I didn't. I think I will test first thing in the morning, but at the same time I am to scared to... I do not want to see another negative test. I have missed you so much!

My ticker is rushing me... I am only on cycle day one... I really need to fix that. So, I am sitting here feeling all sorry for myself because AF showed. Ever since the m/c I have had 28 day cycles... that is not like me. I am a 27 day girl, but I figured that things were different because of the m/c. Then last month I had my first 27 day cycle in almost a year! Today is CD 27, and AF showed up... right on time. I wonder if my body is just now fully getting back to normal? Who knows... either way I have spent most of the day crying, and then I decided to get online and vent to you..... that is when I saw Jess's post (a friend of mine on AMerican baby) about the expectant mother who's husband is in critical condition. After that I pulled my head out of my a$$. Other then our loss, this year has been great... and true, it might take a few more months to get pregnant, but I know we can make babies.... we have done it twice. So, even though I am a bit sad this was not our month I am happy for my family, and for the opportunity for us to try again. I could not imagine my life without Mike, my heart and prayers goes out to that January mommy, and all others who are in similar situations...... Also, I just checked the calendar.... my test day is CHRISTMAS!!!!

Hi-again sorry for being MIA again. I am still really tired and having a hard time finding the energy to do ANYTHING.
Jacque-I did check in last week and see that AF showed up for you. I am so sorry it has taken this long for me to respond. THAT REALLY SUCKS!!! I have my fingers and toes crossed for you that you'll have a really nice surprise on Christmas morning and be able to wrap up that BFP stick and give it to Mike and Kailey. A September baby is a wonderful thing-Abbie was a September baby.
I had a Dr's appointment today. Everything went well and I got to hear the baby's heartbeat!! That was reassuring. I go in for an US on December 27th and I will be 16 weeks so they may be able to tell the sex! Even though I have not been posting much I have been thinking of you girls-I hope all is well and the holiday hustle hasn't got you too stressed out.

Amanda: Happy Thursday! ;D Hearing the heartbeat is wonderful, how exciting is that. I am so happy things are going well, and glad that you are only fighting exhaustion and not morning sickness also. The 27th is right around the corner, I cannot wait to see the photo of your little one! You better post a copy of it. If you want, I will add it to your siggy for you! Have you talked about names... or bought any baby stuff yet?
Kristina: I hope you are still taking it easy, it is so cool seeing your ticker going up and up and up! Just think, you will have a baby before you know it! When is your next appointment? Have you talked about names... or bought any baby stuff yet?
Well ladies, Only 16 days until Christmas! How is your shopping coming along? My new goal is to completely finish my Christmas cards by Friday evening, and I think I am going to be able to accomplish that!
Kailey is SICK today! She is home from school, and she is not happy about it - she loves school so much! She has been puking every hour on the hour since Midnight. I feel so bad for her. She has no fever, she is just really week. She is watching TV right now, and all of the other kids are sleeping...so I had some time to catch up on posts.
It is almost O day for me, I am going to get a BFP this month so I will no longer be the only non pregnant one posting here! lol !!!

Happy Thursday girls! Well I have not got my Christmas shopping done, but that is typical of me. We haven't even gotten our tree yet. Maybe next weekend. We are having a houseful of guests for Christmas day so I had better get a move on! I haven't bought any baby stuff either. The only thing I really plan on buying is a Maya wrap sling (those front pack things really didn't work for me). If it's a boy I'll have to buy a lot more stuff like clothes, bedding, and stuff to decorate the room. If it's a girl I'm pretty well set except that I'll need summer newborn clothes since Abbie was born in the fall and most of her small baby stuff is for cooler weather. I have everything else from when Abbie was a baby: crib, dresser, glider, girl bedding, bouncy seat, swing etc etc etc it's never ending. So as much as I'd like a boy-it sure would be easier (and cheaper!) to have a girl.
Jacque-I have my fingers crossed that you will catch that egg!
Kristina-I hope you are well-I love your US picture.

WooHoo! Amanda is back! Two posts in Two days! It takes so little to excite me... but I have missed you so much!
I have all of the stuff from when Kailey was born also, but it is all about 8 years old... and most of it has been used by at least 20 day care babies.... so it is time for new, but at least I know we got our money's worth!
I have no clue what Kailey's "BIG" Santa gift is going to be... other then that I have most of my shopping done, we will still need to go out the next two Saturdays to shop... but, I love to shop so it is all good. Then the Saturday after that is Christmas Eve! WooHoo. I am taking five days off around Christmas, and I am so excited, I cannot wait to have that time to relax!
Amanda: Do you know what you are going to get for Abbie?
Kristina: What are you going to get for your hubby?
Mike's mom is being a total cow, she is pissed that we are not going there on Christmas day, we have ONE rule when it comes to Christmas, WE DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! No one else has kids, so they can all come here. This is Kailey's day... anyway, we have now having Christmas with Mike's side of the family in the middle of January... oh well, at least it gives me more time to get their gifts!

Good Afternoon Ladies!!!!
Amanda: Happy to hear everything is going great with you and the baby. Will you be posting any of your sonogram pictures?
Jacque: I bought my husband Sirius Satellite for Hanukkah/Christmas gift. He wants Satellite so he can listen to Howard Stern (I hate him) in the morning. I'm trying to relax and take it easy but it's so hard to when you have holiday's right around the corner.
My next appointment is Dec 12 for my monthly check-up. We heard the heartbeat this past Monday when I had the sonogram & blood test for the down syndrome screening. We talk about names all the time but I still can't come up with the one I really like. I guess I have time for that! I haven't bought anything because I'm to scared but we will be picking up a baby set from my Husband's Aunt in 2 weeks. My Husband is Jewish so I can't have any baby stuff in the house at all (that really stinks but I will be a nice wife!!!!).
My pants are starting to not fit anymore so I have to go shopping for some clothes this weekend. It stinks because I'm 4''11 and its hard enough to find regular pants to fit so know that I'm pregnant it's going to be extra hard to find maternity clothes. My mom bought me jeans and there huge on me they were from a maternity clothing store. I don't know what to do HELP!!!

Good morning! Well Abbie really wants a Cinderella bicycle that we saw at Costco so I guess that is what Santa is going to bring. The thing is I know she's not coordinated enough to ride it-she has no ability to steer which she's proved on numerous occassions with her tricycle-so I'm afraid she may be disappointed. If it were up to me then I would probably wait another year to get her a bicycle-but that's really all she wants. I've gotten her a few books but that's about all. She is not really "into" one specific thing like a lot of little kids are. She likes barbie and dolls and dress up-but there's not one thing that she plays with on a daily basis. Plus she already has so many toys. She should be easy to shop for but I'm finding it really hard this year. Alex and I have decided not to get each other anything this year so that has taken a lot of pressure off-although I did get him a few things for his stocking-but that doesn't count-because it's from Santa.
Kristina-Old Navy has great maternity clothes and you can get their pants in short lengths, and I think Gap also sells their maternity pants in short lengths too. But I know for sure that Old Navy does-you may have to order them online instead of getting them in the store though. I just ordered 2 pairs of maternity jeans from Old Navy and they came yesterday and they fit great and are soooooo comfortable. All my maternity clothes from Abbie are for warm weather so I won't be able to wear any of them till spring. I will post sonogram pictures when I get them.
Jacque-Sorry Mike's mom is giving you grief, but hasn't she had the last 7 years to realize that you guys stay home on Christmas for Kailey? Whatever-I know how fun it is to deal with irrational in laws myself.
Have a great day! Love and sticky babydust! Amanda

Amanda,
That's what everybody has been telling me go to Old Navy or Target, Gap. I will be going shopping on Sunday with my sister so I will have to look in those stores. Thanks, it's so hard when you are short I hate it so much.

Amanda: Kailey is not really into one thing either, she has alot of toys... but would rather read or draw. I think the Bike is an awesome idea, we got one for Kailey a few years ago, and she loves it... now if we could only get her to ride it without the training wheels. Oh my, you are already in maternity clothes! That is awesome, you need to post a belly photo!!!! As for Mike's parents, we are now having Christmas with them the second weekend of January.... you would THINK that they WANTED to see their Grand daughter sooner... Kristina: How tall are you??? 4'11''? Serious!!! Holy cow you are short, that is ok because I am an amazon woman.... I am 6'1" so I have a hard time with clothing also... but I cannot ever seem to find anything with enough length to it! So, are you starting to show? You should start posting photos of your growing belly also!-- I forgot that the Jewish do not like to have baby items in the house before birth... do you not have baby showers then? I am always so curious about how everyone else does things... let me know if I get to personal! So, if you have a boy will you have a bris (spelled wrong I am sure) and have to get a moyal (once again I am sure this is spelled wrong) at the risk of sounding like a TOTAL idiot, the only time I have ever heard of a bris or a moyal is from this one episode of Seinfield... it was so funny, they ended up cutting off part of Jerry's finger instead of the for-skin on the baby's penis because the moyal was soooo jumpy... ok, I am rambling! I am on about CD 13, I would have to look at my ticker to be sure! lol, since I am not charing I am not completely obsessing about everything, and it is making it all so much easier. I should be around O time. I really think that last cycle and this cycle are my FIRST NORMAL cycles since the m/c. I even got my EWCM when I was supposed to. WooHoo! So, my guess is that I O'd over the weekend and we danced on Friday, Saturday, and this morning. We will keep dancing though the end of the week though just to be certain. Mike wants a baby so bad! He was sick this morning and STILL wanted to have sex, that is so not like him. If he is sick he usually wants NOTHING to do with sex, but I guess that is like that for all of us! Kailey is finally feeling better, she is at school today. Tonight is her Christmas concert and I am so excited. Mike is leaving work early today to get some rest, in hopes that he will feel better by tonight! Either way he will still go, he NEVER misses anything she does, he is such a good daddy! I am almost done with my Christmas shopping, I just have to get some last minute things for Uncle Donnie and Mike's parents. Then I am done!.... crap, I still have one more thing to get for Mike and Kailey also... then I am done! I have even started wrapping, and I hope to get all caught up on that today! Almost all of my Christmas cards are out too. I have about 12 more to finish up, and most of them are for online friends and out of state family!!!! Then we just have to mail out Kailey's presents that she made for our close friends and family and then we are done with everything that has to be mailed out! Other then that there is not much new here. Things are good at work, and with the youth group so nothing new to report there. Talk to you soon! Jacque
