Hello and welcome Terri!!!!!!!!!!! to you on WW! I have that program also, but I didn't like counting points, so I have been doing the 6 week body makeover, I posted a website on it before and have been doing good! Jacque - my ultraglide is a resistance machine - you probably have seen a infomerical on them - but under Total gym. It is the generic but same version!

WARNING, JACQUE IS GOING TO RANT: LOL YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS!!!! I GAINED 10 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?? I WEIGHED MY SELF THIS MORNING AND IT SAID I WEIGHTED 308, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? I ate better, drank my water like a good girl, exercised ( and even enjoyed it!!!!), and have been making a conscious effort to be healthy!!! Anyway, now I am more determined then ever to loose weight, do not get my wrong, I was not expecting to lose a ton of weight in one week... BUT GAINING 10 POUNDS?? COME ON!!!! Anyway, this week I will continue exercising, eat like I have been... and now I am going to start parking further away from the entrances to the stores, school, bank, and post offices.... at least a block away (or the farest end of the parking lot) I know it is not a huge step... but it will add to my exercise regimen! Jacque

Diane: ;D!!! You lost 1/2 a pound, That is an accomplishment, especially when you are on the Clomid!!!! Yes, unfortunately my scale is correct. VERY Frustrating! LOL I am ok with it now. I am not sure why it happened..... but I know it is coming off. At least, one pound came off since Friday. I will keep up with everything throughout the week. I hope to see a difference on Friday... I am going to try not to get on to the scale until then. Terri, Aalissa, Cindy, and Linda: How did you do last week? You need to weigh in!!!! Everyone! Jacque

Its time to try something else. you should try the Winsor Pilaties..you look leaner more sculpted! why'll loosing inches all in 20 mins 3 days a week! ;D and i throw in some walking or bike riding during the days I don't do Pilaties.. But I measure my inches" thighs, waste, chest. Just a thought girly"

Okay....the verdict is in. I weighed in on WW for the first time. When I joined last Monday I was at 202..........Today I was at 195. So I have lost 7 total pounds! Yeah! But I know it gets harder as I go.............. This last week, I basically just counted my points. It lets you get used to calulating all of your meals, planning for future ones etc. I didn't excercise purposely though. Just my normal daily routine, with subbing, cleaning house, laundry etc. But in WW that will kick in, in like 2 more weeks. THen I usually walk for 30 minutes a day. I would like to pick my Winsor Pilates back up also. I really liked doing those and lord knows my gut needs it! One of the biggest things that I learned this first week was that I suffer from a very serious disease. It is called "MY EYES ARE A MILLION TIMES BIGGER THAN MY STOMACH!" And I wonder why I am so over weight. Any time I eat anything, I make gobs or order gobs because it all looks so good and I know it will all taste so good and I want it ALL! However, this week I learned just HOW BAD I was overeating. Yes the first 2-3 days on weight watchers my stomach growled constantly.....it was going through withdraw. However the rest of the week, when I would be eating my smaller portions, or "smaller meals, that when I got done I was satisfied, not full, but satisfied. I could go easily until right before another meal before I would be "hungry". Hopefully I can remember this important revelation all throughout my weight loss try. Now I know this sounds awful but I have a question. I like to walk and I don't mind doing my Winsor Pilates,......I even have a workout tape that I don't mind doing. Once I do these I feel great and even while I am doing them. BUT I have a mind over matter problem. I lack the motivation to just get started!! IT IS SO BAD!! How does everyone else motivate themselve.............so you just exercise the same time everyday and make it part of a routine, etc? ?? What is wrong with me? Well thank you everyone for your support! Terri

Terri - congrats on the 7 pound weight loss! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I can't help you on motivation, that is my problem also! Maybe trying to time when I work out will make me because if I don't I will feel guilty!
So maybe this week we could make our work out lists to help us stay motivated, and then we can check up on each other. Maybe it will work!
Lissa - you keep talking about the Pilates is almost making me motivated to bring it out of the cabinet - so keep it up!

Lissa - I did the picture also, but didn't work for me.
I am a good snacker at night - fruit, popcorn on occassion but mostly nothing! my downfall is 2-4:30PM! I need to get out of the house but that is Jacob's nap time!
I am using my son as motivation - keep thinking when he is in school he doesn't want to be known for having the fat mom!
That works on eating - but still not motivated to do more exercise. Tonight will be a good night - some reason the biggest loser motivates me!

WTF are Winsor Pilates? I have no clue!!! Keep in mind that I live in my own little world, I do not really watch TV, read the paper, or listen to the radio... what I know comes from what others tell me! So fill me in!! I know it is a type of workout... but do they have it on a workout tape (or DVD) that I can get?
The photo does not work for me either... but motivation is not an issue, it is just getting started. Once I get through the first week then I am fine! Like yesterday and today were wonderful... after one week of feeling like I was not eating enough, I am now fine with my new meal portions. I am in the same boat as Terri, my eyes are like a million times bigger then my stomach! lol
Terri: I am so proud of you! You are gonna look all skinny when we meet in Meriville in February!
Aalissa: Thanks for the advice, I am going to try the rest of this week on the same program as last week... if that does not work I will make drastic changes.. either way I will give Winsor Pilates a try!
Diane: It looks like your and my work out routines will have alot in common this week! The only real difference is the amount of baby dancing Mike and I plan to do! This is our month!

Jacque - That is why I use OPK's - because once the line starts getting darker we start BD daily! that way we don't start daily BD to late or too early! So I am still BD every other day or less the OPK shows dark today or tomorrow, because tonight is a BD night either way!

Winsor Pilates is dynamic sequencing technique. A low intensity, calorie-burning workout that can help you lose unwanted pounds and inches. It firms strengthens and tones more muscles than ordinary workouts. The result is sleeker, more sculpted body!
You can get it at target, wallmart ex.. it comes in dvds or Vhs. I LOVE IT! Now I'm going to get the rope, to go with my workouts make it more intense!
