thank you diane...man c type sucks! I can't have any bread waffles muffins ex...can;t have cereal bagel tortillas pancakes BUT HEY THATS ALL I EAT and well thats why I'm fat ;D...so We will see if it works.. there is also a new diet pill called SlimQuick fat burner made specifically for women.it is target the physiological and hormonal barriers women face when trying to lose weight. it also reduces bloating. You can get it at any GNC I'm going to check it out. cause Of my IBS I have bad bloating at times. that was also in Womens World.

Linda - type A info is on page 2
Lissa - only 1 type I think E maybe can eat the breads, so every type stinks! Like I said they said to do it for 6 weeks and then add foods in gradully and if no problems you should be able to eat that food in moderation. Basically the 6 weeks just cleans you out to jumpstart weightloss!

Okay girls ARE WE WORKING OUT ? I hope sooo ;D are we doing the program....well I'm trying but its sooooo hard not to eat stuff like waffles bagelsex...but doing pretty good had chk and Broc last night....worked out yesterday! GOOD LUCK GIRLS!

I was bad yesterday and had apity party with food from Lone star - I love the chicken sandwich but had cheese fries to go with. Will shop today and get back ontot he diet.
I always had sausage and egges with some fruit for breakfast and more fruit for mid morning snack, but really have no fruit except apples!

Ok, here are my goals for this week:
Monday - Clean the house, go for a family walk, and only eat one helping at each meal!! No Seconds!!
Tuesday - Catch up on Laundry, 30 minutes of aerobic workout, and only eat one helping at each meal!! No Seconds!!
Wednesday - Prepare for the Fall Fest (fundraiser - yes, I promise I am cutting back), 30 minutes on the exercise bike.. and yes trying not to eat like a pig
Thursday - the Fall Fest, not eating like a pig, and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise
Friday - A day of rest, Fridays are so busy here. We will go out to eat, but I will not go overboard.
Saturday - Birthday Party for Cole, and 30 minutes on the bike. Tying my hands behind my back, so I cannot eat any cake and ice cream.
Sunday - Weights, and I am going to start Diane's Meal plan.
All of that and lots and lots and lots and lots of water!

YOU GO GIRL"" Okay I have been doing good..I have to after all I'm sick of complaining about my roles.... ;D anyways have not snacked after 8:00pm no noodles ex... LOTS OF WATER!! and you know what I have NOT been bloated!!! maybe it was all the carbs?? anyways girls hope you are sticking to it ;D COME ON GIRLS MORE SUPPORT HERE!!! where is everyone

sorry you don't feel like dieting when AF is here. So she is gone and now I am here! I am not feeling well, so eating little, not sure if it is the meds or I am sick - DH came home sick today! I pray I am not sick Lissa - glad you aren't feeling bloated any longer. I never eat as much as they say to eat, but I know I should snack so I keep my metabolism up, but not feeling up to it todya. Need to shop to get more fruits and veggies - sick of apples and bananas - going to get some strawberries,peaches!

Aalissa: Mike always tells me the more water I drink the less bloated I will be.... something about water flushing out your system. Anyway, Yippee on the more water!!!

So far for me... I have not eaten like a cow for two days now!!! Also, I am trying to get more quality sleep. Today is day three for me, I weight in on Friday, I hope I like what I see!!!

Jacque. I used my ultra glide last night and did sit ups and used some weights. And today starting to drink lots of water and continue exercising! Hope we start losing weight!!!!

Okay.......here goes!! ( I you Jacque!!!) I am Jacque's cousin Terri...........also her daughter, Kailey's, favorite Ohioian!!! I have battled with weight all of my life. I was born being 9 ilbs so I had a head start!! I was teased relentlessly all throughout school............mostly in elementary and jr. high. My sister got married my freshman year and I starved myself down to like 135..............but looking back I looked kind of gross...........collar bone protruding etc. I want to look healthy not like a toothpick. ANyways........started dating my DH, my highschool sweetheart, and was deathly afraid to eat in front of him so I stayed small...............but then became more comfortable and started gaining weight ever since. Lost about 20-25 pounds for our wedding in June 2004 but had it all back on within like 3 months... ( I managed to lose that by doing weight watchers......jsut the rip-off copies I received from someone...and it worked) Therefore I am vowing today to take off the weight now...........before I start my family. I joined Weight Watchers online, since my crazy schedule doesn't allow me to make the meetings. I want to make myself accountable........so I figured reporting to this message board might help! My current height it is like 5'8" or 9" and Monday night when I weighed myself for my start weight on WW it was 202lbs. Right now, I am doing the points system. WHich really isn't that bad, but it sucks until I rid my house of some of the "regular" food and get to the store to load up on more veggies, fruits, etc. Drinking lots of water........I'm pretty busy, so haven't had time to specifically exercise. But WW lets you use the first couple weeks to get control of your eating and points..........then require 30 mins of exercise a day. Well I better go.......I have to make lunch and I am still getting used to figuring all of my points!! ;D Terri
