wow, great that your u/s is Friday. I think you are normal, and I know if I felt they weren't telling me somehting I would assume the worst also. I am sure all is OK, but will be nice to know for sure. I was thinking, I bet you copy and paste messages a lot, do you think people would go for just making 1 group and we all post there? ?? maybe a poll to see if anyone is against it so it can be anonymous?

Jacque - you are so funny! I often felt that way too, just because in my experience, they did betray me and not tell me during the ultrasound, the thing is, I did find out later that day, but I always got that feeling when I was there that they weren't telling me something. Just because of that one time. It is total hormones and remembering your m/c and just the motherly protectiveness you have over your baby already. It's NORMAL! Just remember, if anything was wrong they would have told you before 24 weeks so that you would have the option to terminate, that's why they do u/s at 20 weeks. Also, I was measuring big with my 10 pounders, so watch out! You may get a nice big baby! LOL! I was up to 6 weeks ahead at one point! Had Isabelle's 2 month appt today: Isabelle is 13 lbs 12 oz and 23 1/2 inches long! She is doing perfectly too! Yay!

Well, I am all about the drama today! Well ladies, As follows is an update that was sent out a few minutes ago to my day care parents. Just to catch you up on things.... I started having pain in my stomach region yesterday afternoon so I called the Dr's office. They said what I was describing sounded like it COULD be labor pains.... so I won myself a first class ticket to Trinity's Labor and Delivery ward in Moline. All is well, I just wanted to send you the same update I sent everyone else so I knew that we were all on the same page. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Hello! It is now 2:13am so I felt it was best to send you an email as opposed to giving you a call..... needless to say I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that all is well. We left for Trinity shortly after Isabelle left here. When we got there they hooked me up to all kinds of monitors which told us that we were not in labor. As it turns out..... it was a combination of things - Dehydration, a pulled muscle, and gas pain. I knew it was not labor when I called the DR, but they were insistent on me coming in. I am thankful they did, but at the same time it would have saved a lot of heartache and worry if they told me to wait it out - but like they said, it is better to be safe then sorry. Doctors orders are for me to drink a gallon of water a day (like a pregnant woman doesn't pee enough already) and take it easy over the next few days. Day care will be open next week as usual, so I will plan on seeing your little one early next week. Happy Thanksgiving! Jacque

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Hope it was a great day for all! Our frist Thanksgiving as just the 2 of us went pretty well. We got up early and went to KMart to get a Little Touch Leap Pad for Aryanna. Then I came home and got dinner started. And did some online shopping. I ended up getting a few people's Christmas done (my parents and 1 of my nieces). And I also bought some stuff for us, a camcorder and a USB drive for Quentin for work. We ended up eating around 2, while we watched football. Then we put our Christmas tree up. It looks so pretty! I will post pictures of it soon! After that, we went through all the ads and made our final game plan for tomorrow! We are going to be leaving the house by 4:30 and hoping to be home by 8:00 or 9:00. I am getting ready to go to bed now so I can be up early! Talk to you all tomorrow probably!!!

Linda - I love the new pictures of the kids! Luke looks so proud in the picture of him with your DH!!! He looks like he is having a ton of fun! And little Izzy is just so adorable! Her outfit is so cute!Chrissy - I've been wondering where you have been! I guess Kira is really keeping you busy!!! I am sure you are loving every minute of it though! I'm glad to hear that you and your family had a wonderful first Thanksgiving with Kira! Sounds like she is my kind of girl....I love potatoes too!!! Sorry to hear that you had to deal with your MIL though! That is one reason I am glad we didn't go up to Ohio this year! I can't stand my in-laws!!!!As for me, my Black Friday was not what I expected at all! Beware this is going to be long!!!! Quenitn and I got up at 4:15 so we could get to Toys R Us before they opened at 5. We got there at about 4:45 and the line was already wrapping around the building. Surprisingly enough though, we got in the store and got all 5 items we went after in less than 20 minutes, then spent about 1/2 hour in the check out line. A lot less time than we were expecting when we first saw the line outside! But we came away with the 1 toy that my nephew wanted.....the Thomas the Train aquadoodle and a few things for Aryanna (FP activity tunnel, Charlotte's Web DVD, and Baby Einstein DVD). Then we went to Circuit City to pick up a few small things. We did most of our CC shopping online on Thanksgiving day. We just went in for a memory card, a package of camcorder tapes and a few DVDs. It took me about 10 minutes to find them all, but the store was PACKED so we got in line. After we had been in line for about an hour I was standing there talking to Quentin and all of a sudden I got really light-headed, then my hearing started to go away, my eyes got blurry, I started sweating, and my stomach started hurting. Quenitn could tell that something was wrong and I told him I felt like I was going to pass out and was going to go outside to get some air. Once I started walking to the door, I felt a little better and by the time I got outside I was feeling back to normal. I am still not sure what was wrong. I think maybe I just needed to eat something or maybe I was standing wrong and needed to move around. Either way I haven't felt like that since. Thank God!!!
After that, we went to McDonald's for breakfast. I ordered the meal I wanted and the lady asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her that I would like to have a Fruitopia (because I needed soemthing with some sugar in it). And they tell me that the can't serve me a Fruitopia in the morning!!! I was so mad!!! Why can't the serve me a freaking Fruitopia in the morning?!?!? My day was just going bad and I ended up with no drink and just some has browns for breakfast.
Then we went to Kohl's to get a gift for my nephew and to look at a luggage set. The luggage set was sold out but they had 2 of the 3 games that I wanted to get my nephew. We got in the line at the jewelry counter to check out (because the other regular check out lines were about 100 people long and after justhaving the episode in CC I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could). While we were waiting, Quenitn asked where the next stop was and I said WalMart to get either a FP activity walker or a Cabbage Patch doll for Aryanna. Then I told him that if he didnt want ot go to WalMart for just 1 thing that he could go back and just get a Cabbage Patch doll from the toy section at Kohl's since they were only $3 more than WalMart had them, so we wouldnt have to fight the lines there too. I told him to just go back and pick out whatever one he wanted. So he goes and comes back about 5 minutes later with a doll. He tells me to look at it so I am. It is really cute but apparently I wasnt as excited as he thought I should be. He tells me to look closer. So I am looking and all of a sudden, I see it! The birth certificate states the doll's name as Aryanna Payton!!! I couldn't believe it!!! We actually found a doll with Aryanna's name spelled the same way we are spelling it! I never thought that would happen!!! I mean Aryanna is a unique name. My sister has been looking for one with my niece's name, Amelia, for a month or so and still hasn't found one! And Amelia is a more common name than Aryanna!!! It just made my day that Quenitn was actually looking to find the prefect doll for his little princess and he actually found THE perfect one!!!
Then we went to Bath & Body Works and got some air fresheners and stuff. I ended up getting $63 worth of stuff for only $32!!!! I got a free perfume for spending $30 and I had a card I got in the mail for a free item so I got the cutest, softest little purple bear for Aryanna!!!
After that stop we came home and went to bed! We were both worn out!!! Our day was a little longer than I had hoped, we were home by 10 but I was hoping to be home by 9. Not the longest I have been out on Black Friday. Actually it is the shortest! Usually we are not home until about 4 or 5 in the afternoon or later! Well, I think I have rambled enough about my Black Friday experience for the year so I am going to stop now!!!

Wow Jennifer - what a day! Glad you got so many good things! That doll sounds like it sure made your day! That's awesome!
Chrissy - glad Kira enjoyed her Thanksgiving!
We organized our basement last night, ever since we moved there have been boxes stacked down there and I could never find anything! I dropped the kids off at my parents and went to Menards and got shelving and came back and ate dinner with DH and then we got started. It took us about 2 1/2 hours, but it looks great and we can ge to every box and they are all labeled properly! I also found some things I had been looking for! LOL!
Today DH works in the morning, but then he's putting up our outside lights, I will take a pic when we are all done!
Yes, it's 4:30 am, Izzy woke up and ate and then pooped and then she started smiling and cooing at me and I just had to talk to her, so now we are all wide awake! LOL!
