Karina - I do resource planning and budgeting as well as administering a time tracking system at work. So, from around Aug - March I am just swampped. That sucks that you missed your class. I liked mine but when they showed us how big each cm dialation was it freaked me out. I was scared to go through the delivery process to begin with but man, when I saw that hole I wanted to cry! Mandi - Congrats on the promo! You'll be great at it! I hope a/f is leaving you very quikly! I know what you mean about wanting to get back to the bd'ing. ;-) Nate and I have been on almost a weekly schedule lately. I have just been so sick I don't want to be moved. And, with my gag reflexes being what they are he's not getting any relief. ;-) Poor guy! Angela - How are you doing sweety? So, did I tell you all I had my second appointment yesterday? We heard the again! I feel so much more relieved now. We are now making it public knowledge.

Hi girls! I have just not felt like posting lately. I am just really worn down and frustrated. I called the dr's office and told them that I started so they called in more Clomid and scheduled a 23 day blood draw. I asked the nurse how much longer he wanted me to take Clomid and she said "I guess until you get pregnant"!?! It is my understanding that you should not take Clomid longer than 6 cycles! I work with nurses and we looked Clomid up in a med. book and it says that "after 3 cycles with no preg. your dr. will discontinue use of Clomid", it also said that "your dr will test for cysts before each cycle of Clomid" and that "because the effects of long term Clomid use are unknown you should not take Clomid for longer than 6 cycles". Ok I am on cycle 5 now, not including the 3 cycles I took before! I have not been tested for cysts or anything, they have not even checked to see if my tubes are blocked. So I decided that I wanted to change drs and the dr I want to use does not have an opening until 3/17. So I guess I will just take my last 2 cycles of Clomid then go see her. I will not take more than 6 cycles even if my present dr wants me to. I think that I will call and see if they will check my tubes after this round. Shane (DH) had and SA done this time last year and everything was fine, but I think I am going to request he have another one just to be sure. Sorry so long, like I said I am just tired and frustrated. Hope you all are well!!!!

OMG last night was terrible This is what happened.... I got to bingo and then the boss pulled me aside & didn't even have the decency to take me into her office. I was 10 mins late and she made it out to be like I was 20 mins late which wasn't the case. I was meant to be there at 6.30. I walked in at 6.40. There wouldn't have been any way that I could have been there by 6.30 anyway because of the traffic and it was raining on the drive home and I didn't get home until after 6 and then I had to have a shower... Anyway she abused the sh*t out of me in front of everyone that was outside and nearby and I'm just so embarrassed & humiliated. I just burst into tears & went home. I don't know if I will come back. My next shift is Saturday night. My eyes are so puffy right now. I can hardly see. Was running late because I was trying to get the swelling down. Anyway....... I hope you all have a lovely weekend

Good morning girls! How is everybody doing? Angela - I'm glad you changed doctors. I can't believe after all this time they haven't checked you for cysts. When I was taking clomid my doctor told me she would only do 3 cycles then make me take a 3 month break from it then do my last 3 months. Now, granted she didn't check me every month either but she was only my gp. I just want to give you a BIG HUG right now. I am so sorry for what you are going through. Are you seeing an RE or just an OBGYN? Maybe you should look into seeing an RE. Mandi - OMG! I can't believe that she did that to you! Talk about no tact! She must have such low self esteem that she does that kind of stuff to other poeple just to make her feel better. What a B!! I wouldn't go back if it were me. Because I know I wouldn't be able to get over the feelings I felt and I would always be wondering what would be next to make her fly off the handle. Have you ever been late before? Even if you had that's no way to handle the situation. Karina - How are you doing? Did you get your papers finished? When are you finished? Isn't it next month? Well, I have been feeling a little better lately. Which gives me a light at the end of the tunnel because with Hunter I was sick for 6 months. My boss came in yesterday and said 'well, you don't sound as tired today as you have been'. I though of saying 'because it's first thing in the morning and I just woke up'. But I told him I didn't quite know how to take that. He's kinda a geek anyway. When I told him I was pg last time all he said was OH. What? Oh! Yes, that is what he said. Anyways, I miss you girls. We need to be more talkative with each other lately.

Hi everyone, I'm afraid I probably won't be around too much for the next 6 weeks--I'm trying to read about 200 pages a day for my exams. It really sucks, as this isn't even fun reading (statistical stuff, etc). But, I'm taking them on Feb. 27 and 28, and after that I'll have a ton of free time, which will be fantastic!
Mandi, soooo sorry to hear about Thursday. I hate when bosses are rude to employees, and it was totally unprofessional for her to do that in front of anyone else. How does she keep employees with that attitude? At most, being late for 10 minutes could constitute a warning, but definitely not anything more. I mean, only 10 minutes? Give me a break!
Angela, I agree it doesn't sound like your doc knows much about fertility drugs, so you'd be better off with someone else. I think the 6 month thing is because you can become Clomid resistant, so there's just no point to keep taking it. Plus, it can overstimulate your ovaries in rare cases. I think you should be getting at least the occasional ultrasound to see what's going on. Hopefully the new dr. will know more about what to do. I went to a fertility specialist, and he said if the Clomid didn't work after 3 cycles, he was going to try other meds. So, there's other stuff out there. Hopefully the next dr. will have some new ideas.
Melissa, glad you're feeling better--hopefully you will fall into the more typical pregnancy this time and feel great after the first trimester! My boss is weird too--he didn't give me much reaction, but he told everyone on our project that day (in a positive way), so I think he was pretty happy for me.
Well, I will try to check in here at least every few days. Sounds like all of us will probably be better off in a few months--hope time passes quickly at least until then.

Hello!!!!
Well I didn't end up working at bingo on Sat night. I woke up with a toothache on both sides & the pain was just terrible. So Matt rang in sick for me. He said the boss Carol wasn't angry at me and just told Matt to tell me to make sure I'm there by 6.30pm Monday night. Gotta work tonight damn!!!!
So did you all have a nice weekend?
Mine was awesome. Went shopping on Saturday for the new unit & spent $4000 whoops!!! All interest free of course. Sat night went and had a few drinks & then went to the RSL. HA HA HA it's been a while since I"ve been there but I had a mad time. Karla was there & all her friends. Then we just kept partying on back at our old unit, went up to the spa on the top level and just sat in there drinking & watching the sun rise. Absolutely beautiful & then we moved into our brand new unit yesterday. OMG what a long hot and humid day. i'm really feeling it today though
But at least we have Thursday off so I can use that day to catch up on my zzzz's
Anyway, enough of me rambling on. I hope you had a great weekend. Look forward to hearing how it went

Hello. I'm here. Just been really busy. Nothing new to report here.... I'm taking 5 days off work from the 9th until the 14th. I'm actually getting a breast augmentation done so I'm looking forward to that very much so. It's been planned for a while now and because we aren't TTC right now I thought it would be good to take my mind off it all for a while.

Hi Mandi, good to hear from you! I hope your surgery goes well and that recovery is quick. What type of implants do they do? I must say, though, you already have a very cute figure! How are the rest of you? We are still trying to decide on a name. We have such different taste, and I guess we're both pretty picky! Anyone know of a feminine-sounding name that is really unusual (but not made up)? Such a headache. Anyway, I have another appt tomorrow, and I'm hoping my blood pressure is better tomorrow--afraid I might end up with pre-eclampsia. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Hey girls! Not a lot to report here either. I've still been really sick. Please don't take this the wrong way but, it is REALLY beginning to take it's toll on me. I'm fairly unproductive at work, NEVER want to cook, and just as unproductive with the housework. And ya know, puking every day really has an effect on your body. It's just exhausting. I'm so sorry to complain but, I hope you all understand that I'm not complaining about being pg just about puking my guts out all day every day.
Yeah Mandi for the new boobs!!! What day are you getting them.

Awwwwwwww girls you are all so lovely. Karina... shucks girlfriend. Thank you for the compliments. It's been on the cards for a while now and I watched this TV show which had an Australian actress (well tv series) on it who had the same thing happen to her. She lost 25kg and her boobs went from nice & big & perky to droopy and saggy ones - the exact same thing as me. So with me having lost about 45kg ..... she has inspired me. So I have seen about 3 different plastic surgeons and I have made my decision. I'm soooo excited!!!! Next Thursday the 9th of February is when I'm getting it done and I'm having from the 9th until the 14th off. Come back on the 15th. I'm very very excited Oooo by the way here are 2 pics...... This is one of the views from our new unit: And here is my lovely old mate Netti who spent the weekend with Matt & I

Ok for some reason I can not log in!! I typed a big long entry and then lost it, so I will give you the abbreviated version. Oh well...I just have been so busy that I have not had time to type. Dh had a SA done and everything is fine. I took an antibiotic a few days after my last Clomid pill. Do any of you know if it will affect it in any way? I did not even consider that it would!!!! I am on CD 15 or 16 and should get a coverline tomorrow. I hope you all are doing well! I will try to log on again tomorrow!!!!!
