Ok ladies... I had such an awful headache yesterday, I actually broke down and took some Tylenol. I never take any type of medicine, especially when we are at peak baby dancing time. I am CD 8 and AF just officially left yesterday! What is up with that? She usually is packing her bags on CD 5. She just did not want to leave this month.... OK, TMI warning..... On CD five Mike asked if we could start baby dancing, and I told him that it would be fine, anyway afterwords I started spotting more... and then I had this huge "holy cow I am going to bleed to death gush" and passed a blood clot the size of my fist? What is that about, has this ever happened to anyone? Should I be concerned, should I call the DR? What do you think?? I am still not temping this month.... and no OPK's either! It has really helped me relax when it comes to TTC. I hope and pray that a bit of relaxation is all that I need to get that BFP! Alisha: WooHoo! I cannot wait to see your new ultrasound pics! I agree, your baby is about the cutest thing in the entire world! Kudos for not finding out the sex (AGAIN)! Mike and I were talking, and believe it or not.... we are thinking about joining team GREEN!!!! You have inspired me to keep it a suprise... now if I could only get that BFP! Now, I have a question.... and if it weirds you out please let me know... but I am getting a TON of coupons and free samples in the mail because Trent's due date is right around the corner. If you would like, and it is ok with you and serge.... how about you send me a PM with your address... and then I can mail all of these things to you. I do not know if you plan to breast feed or bottle feed... but I have formula, and coupons for $10.00 off of formula... diaper coupons for all brands... and even some baby books. Let me know, and if you want them I will get them out to you right away! Emily: I got your email! WooHoo! I can look at your chart now. It is about O time for you, I hope you are baby dancing up a storm! This is it girly! You and I ARE going to get our BFP's this month! WooHoo! I am working on my Christmas Cards today.... if you want to swap addresses I will add you to my list, WooHoo! It will make us seem more like "real" friends... not that you are imaginary now... lol. Ok, I have asked for address's twice in one email... you are going to think I am some sort of stalker! Ok ladies... here is my novel (as always) I hope to hear from you soon! Jacque

Hi girls, Jacque-I'm soooo excited that you are going to join team green. Yeah! As for the coupons...I will email you today with my address. I would love to use the coupons, if you're willing to share. Are you sure you don't want to hold on to them though? You might just get that BFP this month, and then you'll need them soon. I haven't gotten any coupons, and I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm not on a list somehow??? When I was pg with Yesi, I started getting coupons when I was like 6 months pg, but I haven't seen a single coupon in the mail. So, I would love to have some. As for the blood clot-wow that is weird! I've passed big clots, but only after Yesi was born. I never had them during my af. Maybe you're body is getting itself nice and cleaned out for that egg to implant in a few days!!! I sooooooooooo hope so. I wouldn't be too concerned unless you get another one soon. It may have been some freak thing. Emily-Thanks for passing your chart my way. It's looking good. Maybe this will be it for both of you. I just hope that you both get your BFP's this month! What a fantastic Xmas present, huh? As for me, WOW ARE THINGS A CHANGIN'! I'm kinda' freaked out at the high gear my pregnancy has suddenly taken. I'm getting Braxton-Hicks contractions...they just started today, and they are really strong ones. Also, I'm getting a ton of pressure in my pelvis, pelvic area pain, and believe it or not, my colostrum is already in. I can't even believe it. I started getting the colostrum last week, but it is getting more and more. I was really alarmed, and called an advice nurse today. She said that it's very normal for a second-timer to get symptoms much earlier than the first time around. I got colostrum at about 35 weeks with Yesenia, so I'm about 10 weeks earlier this time! I am VERY worried about the pelvic pain and pressure though, b/c I didn't get that until about 36 weeks last time, and when I did, it got so bad that I almost had to quit my job. I hope that the pelvic pain isn't as intense this time. It has been pretty bad these last couple of days. Today I couldn't go out to my cross-walk duty at the end of school b/c I was hurting so bad. Ugh! The colostrum is fun though, b/c it makes me realize how close around the corner "the girls" will be back in business. I am going to give breastfeeding a try again. I had a heck of a time with Yesi, b/c my delivery was such a disaster, and I got a spinal headache that required the surgery to get rid of. It's called a blood patch, and I had to get 15 epidural shots of my own blood up my spine. UGH! Anyways, I don't know if I ever told you guys my Yesi birth story, but it is quite a nightmare. Of course it was all worth it in the end. The biggest downfall and let down for me was that due to all of the trauma, I lost 43 pounds in 9 days, and my milk was pretty much gone. What I did have was full of toxins from so much weight loss, so I had to stop breastfeeding after only 2 weeks. I was DEVISTATED! I really wanted to breastfeed, so badly that at 12 weeks, I tried to relactate. I pumped every 3 hours for 15 minutes around the clock for a month. It never came back, and I beat myself up for about 6 months, before I finally accepted that I did my best. This time, I'm going to give it a try, but with supplementation, so that I don't totally tap myself out. I hope it works this time. We'll see. I might have to deal with a jealous Yesenia though. Take care girls! Alisha

Hi! I am here and I love you both... but I have not been able to post that much. Kailey is so sick.... ARGGGHHHH! And I am running on little to no sleep. I have been keeping up with posts, just not responding. She has not puked in about 5 hours... so it looks like today is going to be a good day! I hope to get on at naptime and properly respond!
Oh, this has been copied and pasted.... so if you see it other places on the site, it is not that I am being lazy... just not lots of time!

Hi girls, Jacque- I'm sorry that Kailey is sick. I hope she's better now. It sucks when kids are sick, doesn't it? So, I see you're on to CD 12. How exciting. You should be just about to ovulate, huh? I hope that this is the month, especially since you're being so relaxed about the whole thing, and your test day is Christmas! What a great Christmas present that would be for your whole family. Serge and I are getting really excited b/c we only have 5 days until our Christmas vacation. It's so nice having the same work schedule since we're both teachers. Our last day is 12/16, and we don't have students again until 1/9. We do have to work two days at the beginning of January without kids, but it's still like 19 days off without anything to do. I can't even wait, as I'm in need of a break. Emily-How are you doing? What CD are you on now? You should be winding down in the two week wait now, I think. Well, take care girls! Alisha

Hola, girls!!! I gotta be quick, because I'm at work, but I PROMISE I'll write more soon! Jacque-Yeahhh!!! My test date is Christmas too! Soooo fun! We'll both have to touch base on Christmas day and tell. Hope it doesn't bum us out, though? I'm so proud of you for giving the temping a break. I think that that has alot to do with ttc. I just know you will be preggo soon! This is the month, girl! Are you baby dancing yet? As for the clot...probably nothin, but I'll call your doc to be sure. Just in case. Alisha-Whoah, girl! That baby will be here soon! I can't believe that you're having pressure already. You should try to stay off your feet as much as possible... yeah right! And girl, do I understand your feelings about breastfeeding. I too had a very difficult time. It's a long story, but I'll tell you some time. I am also hoping that the next time around will be easier. Everything here is good. I am working like crazy and the week after Christmas will be my first week at part time again!!! I can't wait! So, you'll hear from me much more then! We have a Christmas program this afternoon, so I'm here for 10 hours today and the week before Christmas, we have 7 Christmas Eve services. I will be working 4 of them. And actually, I'm sooo bummed...my dd has to have surgery on her eye..a clogged tear duct. It's said to be a simple surgery, but she has to be put to sleep. I am NOT happy about it, I just know I'm going to freak out seeing my little toddler knocked out. I hope this is my month, although I wasn't as diligent about baby dancing as I should have been...I'm just too tired and worn out. I'll email my address...I would love yours!!! We would love to send you a Christmas card! Love, em

I am on about CD 15, I would have to look at my ticker to be sure! Since Christmas is less then two weeks away I guess I am in the two week wait! lol, since I am not charing I am not completely obsessing about everything, and it is making it all so much easier. I should be around O time. I really think that last cycle and this cycle are my FIRST NORMAL cycles since the m/c. I even got my EWCM when I was supposed to. WooHoo! So, my guess is that I O'd over the weekend and we danced on Friday, Saturday, Yesterday morning and we will keep dancing though the end of the week just to be certain. Mike wants a baby so bad! He was sick yesterday morning and STILL wanted to have sex, that is so not like him. If he is sick he usually wants NOTHING to do with sex, but I guess that is like that for all of us!
Kailey is finally feeling better, she is at school today. Last night was her Christmas concert and it was awesome. Mike left work early yesterday to get some rest, in hopes that he will feel better by the concert! Either way he would still go, he NEVER misses anything she does, he is such a good daddy! He ended up staying home from work today also.... it is official, he has what Kailey had and when he gets sick he gets it 10 times worse then both Kailey and I put together!
I am almost done with my Christmas shopping, We spent almost all of last weekend shopping. I just have to get some last minute things for Uncle Donnie and Mike's parents. Then I am done!.... crap, I still have one more thing to get for Mike and Kailey also... then I am done! I have even started wrapping, and I hope to get all caught up on that today!
Almost all of my Christmas cards are out too. I have about 12 more to finish up, and most of them are for online friends and out of state family!!!! Then we just have to mail out Kailey's presents that she made for our close friends and family and then we are done with everything that has to be mailed out!
Other then that there is not much new here. Things are good at work, and with the youth group so nothing new to report there.
Aalissa: Right now I have over $200.00 of misc coupons, even if I have a baby within the next 9 months there is no way I will use all of them. So, they will go to waste if I do not send them to you. As for getting some for yourself. Go to the Carnation, Huggies, pampers, Similac, and ANY other baby company you can think of website's. They all have new mommy and pregnant mommy sign ups, once you sign up you will start getting a TON of stuff. If you need the web addresses let me know, but you should find most of them from a Google search. -- WooHoo! Baby is getting ready to come, he needs to cook a bit longer so tell him that aunt Jacque says he cannot show up for about at least 8 more weeks! -- I am sure your delivery will go much easier this time, and you will be able to breast feed. I breast fed Kailey for a year and it was awesome, you will love it! -- WooHoo for Christmas break, you are going to have such a relaxing time. I actually took 5 days off around Christmas, and I am so excited also!
Emily: I am going to check out your chart later today.... I will also email you my address then also! I am just now catching up on posts, I still have 75 messages in my inbox to go through, and that is AFTER I deleted all of the forwards! lol Do not count yourself out yet, remember you only need to baby dance once to catch that egg! WooHoo, I will definitely check in on Christmas Day! I will right after I test. We do all of the "out of the house things" - church, visiting friends and family etc on Christmas eve... Christmas day and the few days after we do not even leave the house! lol Sounds like you will be busy on Christmas eve, how do they fit that many services in one day... you said you had to work four of them, what do you do? Also, when is your daughter's surgery??? It would be hard to see her knocked out, but she will be fine. How did they discover she needed the surgery, I mean... what exactly is wrong with her eye?

Hey girls, It was so nice to hear from you both. I've grown so fond of the two of you that I look forward to those long posts with anticipation. I emailed both of you my address so that we can exchange Xmas cards. Emily-I know how it is to go through a surgery. Yesenia has had two ear tube surgeries, and even though they are minor, it is scary as heck for the momma. She also had to be put to sleep. She was 11 months old for her first one, and 25 months for the second one. We are praying that this year she won't need one. Please GOD! I will say a prayer for your little girl, but you try not to worry so much. She'll be okay. I'm excited that you and Jacque have the same test date. This must be fate! I'm trying to stay off my feet as much as possible, but it is hard since I'm a teacher. The contractions are coming more and more often, and I am getting a little bit concerned. I will talk to the Doctor about them at my next appt. on Dec 23rd. The pressure is a little less now, but the pelvic pain is still persisting...The colostrum issue is even worse than it was last week. The nurse says that is normal for the second time around. We'll see. Jacque- I too am done with Xmas. I actually decorated my house, wrapped all of my presents and finished shopping a few weeks ago. I had to get it done soon, b/c I'm too clostrophobic in the stores when I'm pg. It feels good to be done. Yesenia has been enjoying the house decorations. Sorry about your husband being sick. That sucks! I'm pissed b/c I'm getting another cold, and I'm not even finished with the one that I got three weeks ago. My throat is killing me! Thanks for the coupons, and the advice about how to get some more. I will definitely put them to use. I'm going to go online to sign up for more as well. I'm glad that you get a vacation as well. You are a day care provider still, right? It will be nice to get a break from the kids, huh? Take care girls and good luck to you both on those Xmas BFP's! Alisha

So last night we had an AOH meeting, we started wrapping gifts for our toy drive. Our goal is to collect over 150 toys to donate to the Salvation Army... who will in turn donate them to needy children in our area. So far we have collected and wrapped 50 gifts, and we still have 10 days to collect, I think we are going to meet our goal.
While we were wrapping the gifts I thought Mike was upstairs studying for his final, come to find out he CLEANED OUR BEDROOM! I cannot stress how messy it was, you could hardly walk through it. He filed, threw things away, made the bed, and even dusted!!! The room looks great, I am soooo happy!
I am not sure how many DPO I am, if I go by the last 5 cycles after the m/c then I am 1DPO... but I got my EWCM sooner then normal - like the cycles I had before the m/c... so I think I actually O'd on CD 14!!! It looks like my body if officially back to normal, I hope this is a sign of good things to come... no matter what I am NOT testing until Christmas day... granted, it will probably be at 12:05 am... but it will be Christmas morning none the less! I know I keep going on and on about this... but I am VERY excited that my cycles are getting back to normal!!! They should be after 7 months!!!
Emily: Your chart looks fantastic! Your temps have NEVER been this high at 6 DPO, woohoo! I hope this is it! Wouldn't it be beyond awesome if we both get our BFP's on Christmas Day!!! OMG I would be so unbelievably happy that I do not know what I would do!
Alisha: I am glad you look forward to our LONG posts... because I love to type almost as much as I love to talk! lol -- I am sorry you are not feeling well, at least you only have a tiny bit more work then you can relax!!! --- That is cool that you are ready for Christmas also, I cannot wait.. not only for Kailey to open her gifts but also to test!!! --- I am glad the pressure is not as intense, I cannot wait to hear how your appointment goes on the 23rd!
Talk to you both soon!
Jacque

Hey girls, I am feeling a little better. The contractions have slowed way down! I'm only having a few a day now, so I know that it was just due to the working. It's nice being on vacation. I have to go in to prepare for the inservice that I am leading for my district the first day back from vacation still. I'm going in tomorrow. But, that will be it...I only have to work for 4 hours or so and then I'm back to my 3 week vacation! Yippee! I'm getting excited for Xmas and hearing about both of your BFP's. Emily, I want to see your chart. Will you send me the link again? Jacque, I agree that it would be sooooooooo exciting for you both to get your BFP'S on Xmas. I'm happy too that your cycles are finally normal. Thank goodness! Take care girls, Alisha

Hello! I am here, just super super busy! This was our last weekend before Christmas to get EVERYTHING done. So you can kind of consider it my last ditch effort to get all of my cards out on time, presents wrapped, and meals planned for the big day. I have not read any posts since FRIDAY, which is so not like me! I will be on all day today (well, after I get Kailey to school) and I will be a posting queen.
Talk to you then!

Hello ladies!!! So sorry I haven't written sooner. I just checked in to all the old posts, so check out why I've been absent: I gotta give you a little history first....When I was growing up, my dad used to play the guitar at home. He'd sing stuff, usually 70's stuff, James Taylor, Willie Nelson, etc. And when we took road trips when I was little, we always listened to James Taylor in the car. Anyway, he has been my favorite singer since I was a child. It probably has alot to do with the fact that every time I hear a song from him, it brings back great memories of my childhood, specifically my relationship with my dad who I'm very close to. I've been teasing my dad lately about how we need to go see him in concert in case he quits playing...he's getting older. So, Thursday night, my hubby, daughter, and I go over to my folks' house to eat dinner. (This isn't unusual since we do this a couple of times a week anyway) Anyway, so after dinner, my mom says, "oh by the way, we have an early Christmas present for you, Em". I go open a bag and there's a book in there with a print out of a ticket to see James Taylor in Atlantic City on Saturday night.!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it! So, I had to go home and pack and flew out the next morning at 7. My dad and I went to Manhattan for a day and a night. We ate a great lunch, shopped all day on 5th Avenue and then went to see the Lion King on Broadway, and stayed in Times Square that night. The next day we went to Atlantic City, shopped some more, went to see James Taylor, and stayed at Caesar's Palace. We flew back yesterday. It was unbelievable!!!!! Aside from the fact that I love New York, love James Taylor, love plays, love shopping....my hubby and parents have been planning it for months. So, of course it was so sweet of Scott to keep Scottie the whole time, and my mom helped, so that I could go. They are all amazing! Anyway, so that's why I left unexpectedly and haven't checked any posts, or temped since I left. Before I forget, check your emails. I sent pics of my hubby and I!!! (As requested... So, Alisha-I am SOOO glad to hear that you are on vacation. I don't want to be worried about that little bean (boy) coming early! Just sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation!! That little one is going to be here before you know it! Hooray that you have all your Christmas stuff done. Girl, you're on top of it! We JUST put up lights outside, but have had the house stuff done for a few weeks. Jacque-Don't you just love the 2ww? Me neither, although I so love to hear your positive attitude...it so heps me. I was feeling optimistic this month because i had a huge temp drop at 7dpo, and I've never that happen before. But, I purposely didn't take my thermometer with me on my trip, so I wouldn't obsess, but today it's not looking like anything special. Although, it is definately still high. Of course, I took a test last night (because I've been feeling really tired and felt nauseaus yesterday). BFN. BFSurprise. oh well. So, Jacque, that's awesome that your body is getting back to normal! I just know that baby will be coming soon! I can't wait! I think it's GREAT that you've been so relaxed this month, I hope that really helps. Also, give me your opinions, girls. Tell me what you think I should do, if anything, if nothing happens this month. This is my 9th month ttc. I have been charting all 9 of those months, on met for 7 months, and 2 months of clomid. So, I've been pretty accurate that whole time. I love my doctor, she said we'd give clomid 6 months and then she'd recommend me to a fertility doc. Well, I'm almost certain that my insurance doesn't cover fertility docs, so that's probably not an option. the question is: do you think I should just keep taking everything and keep trying, or call my doc and ask to be monitored or change my dosage, or anything. I'm getting really discouraged and just don't know what to do. Be brutally honest, girls. I value your opinions! Okay, I think this is my longest post ever. Talk to you girls later! Love, em

Ok, I am kinda sad right now. A friend of mine just called to see when my next test day was.... it is in 6 days and I am so scared that I am not pregnant. I know it will happen, but more then anything I want to give Mike and Kailey a baby for Christmas. I want to tell them they are going to be a daddy and a big sister. Plus, yesterday was Trent's due date. I know it was not meant to be, and that he was not going to be healthy and that is why I had a m/c, but still...... I am not really sad about losing him, I am sad that I am not pregnant yet... but then again, I could be pregnant right now!!! I hope you are both having a wonderful week before Christmas. It is beautiful here, we have had a lite dusting of snow every day - so it looks like a winter wonderland. We have also been keeping really busy with getting our cards and whatnot sent out. We still have a few more to send out, I hope they are all done by Tuesday in hopes that everyone will get them before Christmas! I am officially in the one week wait, I am only 6 DPO... but I test in 6 days since I have a shorter cycle. If I get a BFP on Christmas Day you will be hearing from me... just a warning... I test early, at like 3am... and yes, I will be posting right away!!! Santa usually comes here on Christmas Eve, while we are at church. I hope that is when he comes this year also. It works out so nice, that way Kailey can sleep in on Christmas Day and then have all day to relax and play with her toys.... We will just have to wait to see when he comes... oh, and for the record, his toys will be wrapped! Mike is on Christmas Break (from school) his finals are over and he has 3 weeks off, then starting on next Monday he has a little over a week off of work! Kaileys gets out early on Wednesday and does not go back until the 3rd! I am so excited. I am also taking 5 days off, so we will have alot of quite family time - which means no meetings, or parties, or anything!!! Other then that, there is not much new here. We will meet our goal for our toy drive. We will collect over 150 toys for 40 kids.. which means all of them will get at least 3 or 4 toys a piece! WooHoo! Tonight I am going to go to the store, Tuesday we have the AOH Christmas Party, Wednesday is the Day Care Christmas Party, Thursday we are ringing bells for the Salvation Army (in the evening), Friday I took the day off and I will be baking with Kailey all day and then in the evening we will once again be ringing bells for the Salvation Army... then Saturday is Church and maybe Santa... and Sunday is Christmas! WooHoo! And my Test Day!!!! I have to go back and read your posts now.... Be back in a few with personals!Jacque

Alisha: WooHoo for Christmas break. I am glad that you have time with your family and time to relax! I sent our your card this morning, do not worry about getting one out to me! I would much rather have you use this time to relax! That sucks that Yesi has pink eye! Does she mess with it, or just leave it alone? Be sure that you do not get it also, that is the last thing you need!!! --- I am also glad to hear that the contractions have slowed way down. That baby needs to cook just a few more months before he makes his debut! Emily: WooHoo for your longest post ever!!! I love you, but your temps are funky this month. What the heck? Is it because of the clomid? I would temp again in the morning, maybe you will not see your spike until that baby is good and implanted!!! --- I noticed you tested early! That is so funny! You know that so few people get a BFP at 10 DPO, but the temptation is so great, trust me - I KNOW!!! --- I LOVE your photos! You look just like I imagined you, and your hubby kinds looks like the lead singer from Bare Naked Ladies... it's all good though because he is pretty cute!!! --- Speaking of your hubby!! How sweet of him and your parents to plan your trip! I am so happy for you, what a wonderful time. It sounds like a dream come true type of trip for you and your dad. I am so glad you had such a spectacular time!!! --- You are on 50 mg of Clomid, right? I would do that for two more months and then have her bump you up to a higher dose? You have temped all 9 months? I did that also, from the moment we started TTC again. I had to stop, it was driving me crazy. My Insurance does not cover infertility treatment either, but you know... it does not matter because I will not need it... and neither will you! Love and Hugs! Jacque

Hey girls, Jacque-Please don't be sad. Your baby will come soon. I really hope that this is the month for you. With all the good deeds you are doing, it must be. I'll be praying. Yesi's pink eye is getting better now though. Thank God! Emily-I can't see your chart b/c I don't have the link anymore. Will you send it again? Why don't you join this website you goofball? What an awesome trip you had. Sounds like a dream come true. As for the clomid advice, I'm really not sure what to say, b/c I have never taken anything before for fertility boosters. But...I'm hoping it won't matter for you this month, b/c this will be it for you and Jacque!!! I haven't been able to see your pics yet, but I'm going to look at them soon. Take care girls, Alisha

Hi ladies... I am so glad that yesterday is over! I know that sounds just plain awful, but yesterday was so busy! Yesterday was the deadline for our toy collection, so what did everyone do? Yep, you guessed it... they waited until yesterday to drop off all of their toys. Then I had to sort them by age and gender, once that was done I had to separate them for each child... which is harder then you would thing because I know NOTHING about any of the kids, then I had to wrap them all!!!. Needless to say, our collection went great all 33 of the kids (angels that were not picked from the angel trees) numbers were giving to us... and because our toy drive went so well each one of the kids got 3 - 4 gifts! I am so happy, and I hope and pray that they all like their toys!
Then we had the AOH Christmas Party. We had a SS gift exchange, and believe it or not all 14 AOH members like what they got! WooHoo! I was so excited that everyone put so much thought into their gift! A few of the members got me a gifts, and I was so excited. They let me open them last night (last year they made me wait until Christmas!).... I got an Isabelle Bloom statue, the two disc set of the Christmas Story (which we had on VHS and was total worn out from watching it so much!), a bunch of candy, and 2 snowmen decorations for the house. I loved it all so much!
Tonight I have to get the things needed for Christmas dinner and Mike has to pick up Kailey's last gift (which is a tumbling mat!), tomorrow I have to work and ring bells for the salvation army, Friday I do not work (woohoo) and I have to ring bells for the Salvation Army and then I have nothing at all for four days!!!! I am so excited to have time off.
..... the best part is that I can test in 4 days!!
I will be back in a bit for personals... I got to pick up the house (it is 5:45am right now) - kids will be here in two hours and everything is still a mess from last nights party!
