Diane: I want to know..... When you are going to tell people? Have you called the Dr yet? How did you tell your hubby? When are you going to tell your son? How do you feel - emotionally? What is the baby's due date?... I think you posted this elsewhere, but I cannot find it! Jacque

I am bouncing off the walls ;D I am completely shocked and very happy. I did not think I was pg at all, that is why I didn't test early! Yesterday was my late ddad's b-day so I decided to test hoping for good news,a nd I did get good news. I am waiting to tell most people this time around, so if I m/c again I don't need to tell everyone. I told my BF and the boards I post on, and will tell some family after the 1st doc appt on the 27th, then the rest after the 2nd doc appt. Funny I took a test and when I saw a 2nd line I screamed so DH asked what was wrong, told him to look at the test do you see 2 lines? IT was a $ tree so not sure if I believed it. I marked it on my chart sothat is how you all saw, and when Jacob napped I went to Wal-mart to buy another type of test, had to wait a little to take it then it was +, so I came on to announce and saw that you and Jennifer caught me LOL! I thought the boards were slow so I would be safe Today I took a digital and it said pregnant! I won't tell JAcob until later, he won' understand yet, maybe around 1/2 way? I called the doc, waiting to hear about bw, and my 1st appt is January 27th - and I will get an u/s! Symptoms - didn't want to wake up in the AM's, zits, and now bloating YUCK! I htink I answered everything! ladies!

AAAAARRRGGGGGGGHHHHH!!!! This is so exciting! I cannot wait to see "pregnant" on a digital test. That had to be so awesome!
The 27th... be sure to add it to our calendar, and I will add it to the CD tracker. I love the fact that you get a u/s. In less then 20 days we will see your first baby photo... you will post it, right?
If Kailey was around Jakob's age I would wait until about 20 weeks also... that way the wait will not be as bad for him. Then you will be able to read him books about becoming a big brother, and soon after he will be able to feel the baby move. That will help make things more real for him. WooHoo! He is going to be a big brother!
So.... what do you want to have - and I know you just want the baby to be healthy - I am talking specifics on the gender!! I know you have already thought about it... you have been thinking about this for forever now! WooHoo I can start a poll for you!
Did you take Clomid this month? I cannot remember, I know there was no IUI... ironic huh?

My EDD is September 18th! Chinese gender calendar says BOY, and I htink boy also! Part of me thinks it would be nice to have Jacob a brother but the other part says if I only get one more child I want a girl. So right now I am debating back and forth, but if it is relaly my last than girl would win! But like you said as long as it is healthy I will take either or both! I was on Clomid but that was it! no IUI or nothing!

This "me" update has been posted everywhere... but just in case you missed it, here it is again....
Well, the last several days have been eventful to say the least. Thursday and Friday of last week I was sooo tired, that both nights I was in bed by 7pm! Friday I ended up having the worst headache that I have ever had, I had the parents pick up their kids two hours early. I have never done that before, but my head hurt so bad that I was throwing up. I caved and took a Tylenol. I never take any sort of medication. I felt so guilty, what if I am pregnant? I know it will not hurt the baby, but still... I do not want to take any chances.
The Saturday I started to feel better, so Mike and I decided that the three of us were going to go to Mike's parents house for Christmas. Well, we get on the road, and the BREAKS IN THE VAN STOP WORKING!!! What is up with that? It scared the crap out of me. So, Mike (with all of his racing and mechanic experience) drives the van home..... but cannot figure out what is wrong with it. He had never been stumped when it come to a vehicle. He has worked on everything from Cars, to Semi's, to Locomotives! So... it is going into the shop on Wednesday, I hope it does not cost us an arm and a leg....
Sunday Mike's parents came here for Christmas. Thank God that was over. I feel like we have been celebrating Christmas for ages. His parents were actually pretty nice. Cheryl took her trip to Wal-mart (she always goes to WalMart while she is here)... no clue why, they have their own walmart.... The worst part was when we were talking about having a baby, the subject of names came up... so we told them, and she had NOTHING to say. She made an odd face and changed the subject.... oh, well.
As for the Bears.... I hated the way the game ended, but it was not as bad as the Colts game! I cannot believe that idiot kicker missed the field goal! As for the Colts not winning (again) it seems like they always flake out during the important games. It is all ok though, I know that this is J Bettis's last year and I hope the steelers make it all they way to the superbowl!
Linda: Have a wonderful time. I hope AF does not join you while you are gone. I cannot wait to hear all about your trip, and hopefully a BFP!
Diane: Are you starting to feel pregnant yet?

Diane: You have NOTHING to worry about! Be thankful, because around 6 weeks is when morning sickness kicks in. So think of this as the calm before the "morning sickness" storm! --- I am testing on the 23rd, which is next Monday.... at that time I will be 12 DPO and that is when AF is due, or better yet lets just say that is when I will be late. Hey... we always talked about how awesome it would be if we all got our BFP's the same month... I hope that this time it will happen. Our babys would really be close in age. I am so excited to test now!
