Just starting off a new thread! I will go attempt to lock the other one, I've never done it, lol!
So next week we start the TTC journey again! This time I don't have to wait for anything! Yeah! I wish I was further along in my cycle! I'm getting impatient!
Jacque - We are probably closing around Jan 23-25, and will be moving shortly thereafter. I have not moved to my new position at work yet, they are still working on hiring someone, but I move to my new desk next week and they'll hopefully be hiring soon!

Linda: Holy cow are you going to be busy... you have the trip, closing, and a new position at work.. all in the same month. You add babydancing and a BFP to that and you will be set! Thanks for starting a new thread for us. I am horrible at moderating the buddy groups. That is one of the reasons I post on the other parts of the site more then I do here!
Diane: How is the one week wait treating you?
I posted this on the news years thread... but wanted to post it again here so everyone knew what we were doing while TTC this cycle! --------
This month we are:
Charting Temps - no brainier, I am temping orally with a BBT
Charting CM - Once again common sense, will be doing this the same way everyone else does...
Charting CP - I think I am finally getting the hang of this one.....
Using OPK's - I was using the Answer brand... now this time I bought Clear Blue Easy.. I hope they work as well!
Using Instead Cups - I am having a hard time finding alot of info on these. The majority of people I have talked to like them, but they say they take some getting used to... we will see. As for using them during my period, I HATE THEM!!!!
Using a Ferning Microscope - This is alot easier (so far) then most people have mentioned. I had a negative reading the first day, and then today I have a partial - so it looks like things are on the right track.
Mike took at at home SA and all came back PERFECT!!! - We took the second test in the SA pack we bought, and it was even darker then the first one... so as far as I am concerned all is well with him!
I hope you a both doing well, and cannot wait until all of our schedules are back to normal so we can talk more!

Linda: WooHoo for the positive OPK... I took one today and one two days ago... both had light lines... but they are getting darker. I should be on target for an CD15 Ovulation!!! Thanks for the well wishes!! -- Are you packing yet? --- lol you have to pack for the trip and the move, don't get me wrong, I wish I was going with you!
Diane: I am so excited that you have not tested yet! That is awesome. I get up to pee around 6am every morning... what time will you test (about) let me know because I will get on the net if I know you are up testing about the same time!
All is still going smashing with the instead cups... not sure if I like the ovulation saliva scope.... still trying to figure it out!

Mike's Dad went into the hospital again today... this is the second time he has been there in 3 months. Both times were for pnenomia... and both times it was because of smoking. For 10 years now I have been telling he, begging him to stop... but he never listened. Now he was told that his body is failing.. and if he wants to live to see Kailey graduate... and future grandchildren grow up he will need to quit... or he might not make it though the year. I so not get along to well with Mike's mom, but his dad is awesome. He just adores Kailey. I could not imagine what it would be like without him.....
We are going to visit him in the hospital in the morning. Tomorrow was supposed to be our Christmas celebration with that side of the family.... we are going to postpone it until he is home from the hospital. Last time he was there for 5 days, but he never fully recuperated.
Thanks for the well wishes Diane! I am sending Truck loads of Baby dust your way!

Well, I'm now in the 2WW!
I'd say we made a pretty good attempt this month, now it's just wait and see!
Diane - good luck tomorrow with your testing!
Jacque - Yeah, I've started some packing, most of the cruise packing is done, and not too much house packing, but we are planning on putting a big dent in it this weekend.
Your FIL is in my prayers.

Hi ladies ! Yesterday went well.... Mikes dad looks good, BUT now the DR is telling us that he needs to have all of these test done on his heart... How did seeing the DR for pnemonia turn into heart issues, I have no clue... but now I am starting to worry. We will not know more until next week..... sigh. I hate waiting. --- We also went to Chili's with Uncle Donnie and then stopped by my friend Bridget's house. --- On the way home (we went to Morris) we went to Target and looked at baby stuff and Kailey stuff! So most of our trip was fun.... Linda: I am glad that packing is going well.... I cannot believe that your trip is in about a week. I have been watching that ticker forever and can not believe that it is time!!! I hope you have a wonderful time, and pray that You can tell us about a BFP when you get back!!! ---- 9 DPO is so early to test, but I would do the same thing. I hope that you do not get discouraged if it is an early BFN.... Diane: I am going to check out your chart to see if you tested! Jacque
