Hi all,
Diane, I hope Natalie is okay. Did the temp drop? Abriyel has had a fever for the last 7 weeks!!!!!!!!!! It sucks so bad. She's had so many ear infections constantly, and it just breaks my heart to watch her go through this pain. I hope Natalie is okay though. What was her temp last time you checked? I love your pics...Natalie is such a smiley little thing...what a doll. Jacob is very cute too. You are a beautiful family. Linda- Wow, Isabelle looks JUST LIKE DADDY! I think your son looks more like you though. Do you guys hear that all the time? Isn't it neat to think that she turned out so perfectly after all of the scares while you were pregnant? It was you, right, that had the Downs Syndrome scare??? Or, was it Diane? I thought it was you. She's so precious!!! I love the picture of all of you in front of the Christmas tree...you look so skinny. Lucky bum! Jennifer, YESSSSSSSS!!!!! You are so much more uncomfortable when you drop it's not even funny. I dropped quite early, like areund 37 weeks with Yesenia. With Abriyel, I didn't drop until the day I delivered it seemed, which is quite odd. I lost my mp with Yesenia 1 week before I delivered, but didn't with Abriyel. The af like cramps...I had them the whole last week before I delivered Yesi, and for like 2 weeks before Abri came. Hope that helps. Jacque, Well, can't wait to hear from you tomorrow. Hope all is well with you.
Things are kinda' so so here. Abri is in the Doctor's office every week, at least once. It MAJORLY sucks! She's going to the Ear Nose and Throat Doctor soon, to be evaluated for the tube surgery. I'll be happy to get it over with. Yesi is doing great with swimming lessons too. She's just growing so fast, it's hard to believe she's going to be four. It seems like just yesterday I was whining to all of you about how she was going to turn three and not need me anymore. Do you girls remember that? Can you even believe that was a year ago? I can't believe that Jacque and I have known each other for almost a year and a half! Crazy stuff! Love, Alisha

Well, I am in my 30th week. Only 10 weeks 4 days to go, and that is according to my LMP. Just think... I might even go early. My next appointment is on Tuesday, and I hope that I will come home with a new due date. I am still doing good with my weight gain, holding strong at 16.5 pounds. Not bad for 30 weeks! I think I gained that much in the first 20 weeks that I was pregnant with Kailey. I am almost done with my Christmas shopping, still have a few things to get, but I will be ordering them on line later today. I have also done a ton of wrapping today, so now even Santa's gifts are wrapped. We still have alot of Christmas decorating to do by the baby shower, but I think we will get it done. If not... then oh, well. I was looking on line at Shutterfly getting ideas for Birth Announcements. They are cute, and about .50 a piece, so they will not break the bank. Where did everyone else get their birth announcements done? What did they look like? Ok... I need to go back and get caught up. I cannot believe that I have not had a decent post in over 5 days... it is like I am going though withdrawal! Jacque

Well, doc appt didn't go as planned.
Jacob is doing great 38 lbs, 39 inches
Natalie 12 lbs 12 oz, 23 inches but due to her fever going on since Monday, we had to go to the hospital, blood work, urine work and a chest x-ray. Just got the results, all turning OK, waiting on some more blood work results. so guessing it is viral, so long as her temp isn't above 102.5 we should be OK
when we got home her temp was 101.9

Hi girls, Diane, I'm sorry that you had to go to the hospital. Poor Natalie, sounds awful! I hope all of the blood tests come back okay. I'm sure that it's just viral...keep us posted. My daughter's pediatrician said there is a lot of herpengyna going around, (hand, foot and mouth disease.) Abriyel has it right now, and Yesi had it about a month ago. It sucks b/c they get a raging high fever, and blisters on the back of their throats. I hope that's not what she has. It might be kinda' hard to tell with her being so young. Jacque- You need to get on the ball girl! HOw far apart are you, Linda and Diane? Is Jennifer close too? I'm jealous!

I never though I would get this far! I actually got up early today so I could sit down and start typing... for a while I thought I would have been doomed to never posting again! lol Alisha: Yes, I love the shelves. I will post photos of them when we get them all decorated. It is nice because I set out a "decoy" gift under the tree to see how the cat and day care kids would treat it. Well, needless to say the day care kids left it along... the cat on the other hand... well, lets just say that we discovered that it really likes to eat wrapping paper! What are we going to do when Santa comes? He stops by when we are at church, so I could just see us walking in to a very happy very fat cat lying on his back with a mound of opened presents next to him. Well, at least it would make a good photo.lol --- Teeth and CRAWLING!!!! That is awesome. I cannot wait until my baby is here! So, since she started crawling about a week ago, I bet she is just a pro at it by now. Is she starting to get into things? What about the tree??? I have never had a problem with my day care kids and the tree, but I have heard of stories about kids pulling them over... my brother even did that when he was little.... oh, I remember my mom was so mad. lol --- Duh on the Mickey story... you know how smart Yesi is, you should have seen that one coming!!!! --- Linda: I love the photo of the four of you next to the tree, it is perfect. I bet you had so much fun swimming... we plan on going to Meriville Indiana when Garrett is about 6-8 weeks old and I am already looking forward to it. They have the nicest pool and since it will be "off-season" it should not be very busy! --- I feel the same way about paci's that you do... much much easier to take away! Kailey even "gave up" on her paci when she was 8 months old. She kept losing them and we kept throwing them away when she found them.... so when they were gone she was out of luck. Diane: No paci or thumb sucking? That is better then GOLD!!!! --- Does your brother have his power yet? We have AmerianIP (used to be Illinois Power) and they are getting ready to raise their rates BIG TIME. Most of the people in your brothers area have the same carrier, it would SUCK to go without power for so long, and they get a big rate increase as a new Years gift... I would be PISSED if I was him. Thank God for his fireplace. --- It took about five days to get all of the snow taken care of here also. It was like they didn't know it was coming. To be honest with you I did not think we were going to get that much either. They always go on and on about huge snowfalls coming, but then we end up with just a few inches. Needless to say I was surprised when I woke up on Friday morning! --- That sucks that Natalie is fighting a feaver... that poor thing! --- WooHoo for Natalie sleeping!!!! Has she kept up the trend over the last few nights? --- The Photos are fantastic!!! I think this is the first time I have seen your DH.... he is a cutie! I love the photos of the kids, but my favorite one of Natalie is still the one in your siggy... the one where she is in her bouncy seat! --- Who/what is that in the snow in the last photo you posted?? Jennifer: Post a new belly pic, and one from before you think you dropped. I am curious to see if we can see a differeence. --- Kailey dropped at about 36 weeks, that is when I started dilating and effacing. BUT I walked around dilated to four and completely effaced for 2 weeks, and she still did not come... they ended up having to induce labor! --- Also, I had cramps with her and could not get comfortable either from the time she started to drop until the time she made her appearance. Sorry, the last month really does suck! Thank god you are a stay at home wife (soon to be a stay at home mom) because then you do not have to work while feeling like that! --- I had my membranes stripped with Kailey, in attempts to start labor when I was about 38 weeks... no such luck. Because of this I never actually saw my mucus plug. I hear it is really gross though. I hope I see it this time around. Yes, I am being serious. But I also want my water to break while I am in a restaurant, just like in the movies! lol This is getting long, and I am still not caught up.... I am going to post this and start a new one. Jacque

Alisha: I cannot believe that Yesi's birthday is right around the corner!!! She has to be getting so big, and acting like such a big girl.... especially since she is now a big sister! --- I just had a thought.... when you send your cards I will scan the photo you include of the girls... then email it to you. That way you can post it in your siggy. --- Sorry about all of the crap you are going though with Abri's ears... when is her appointment with the specialist? --- HAND FOOT AND MOUTH SUCKS!!!! We have never had that go though day care but a friend of mine's kids had it and it went though our church like CRAZY, but we were lucky it never hit our family. --- Linda and Diane are both about an 1.5 hours away from me... but we have never met!!!! We talked about it, then we all got our BFP's and well..... it got put on the back burner. Maybe we will this spring when all of our babies are here. It would be AWESOME if all 5 of us could meet up. Jennifer, is closer to me then you are, but not by much. We can all go to Chicago and meet for a Chatterbox convention!
Diane: I am sorry that Natalie is still not feeling well. How did all of the testing go? Do you have any of the results, or do you have to wait until her next appointment? I hope she feels better soon, give her a big hug from me. It is just awful when little ones are that sick.
Christmas cards have started to go out, now if I can just get them all sent. Last year I had 20 cards that never made it...... hopefully I will do much better this year.
Well, now I am all caught up and I am still in the mood to post. Oh well... I best be cleaning, my shower is tomorrow and Kailey is in need of some help. I will post all about it and some photos too on either Sunday night or Monday.
I love you girls!

Actually I get told all the time that she looks like me and Luke like daddy! Yes, I was the one that had the DS scare, I actually had convinced myself that she was going to be born with DS. And yes, it's neat to think that she turned out okay, I thank God every day for her! Thanks for thinking I look skinny! Jacque - what's in Merrillville Indiana? That's pretty close to me, about 30 minutes away. Diane - is Natalie feeling better? Jennifer - ditto Jacque, post a new belly pic! So, Izzy's baptism is tomorrow, will update you after that and try to get some pictures on the computer!

We stay at the Star Plaza. It has a really nice pool with a waterfall. A little sand area, mini golf, restaurants, tiki huts, a comedy club. It is a really nice place.... but affordable, only around $120 a night. We go there because it is kinda the halfway point between us and my Ohio family. We are hoping we can entice some of them out there with Garrett! --- Good Luck today at Izzy's baptism! I will be thinking about you. Be sure to post photos of her in her adorable little dress... and yes, I need a new belly pic. I will be 30 weeks tomorrow. I should take one then.......
Hello to everyone else. I am up early helping Kailey get ready for the shower. I will let you know how it goes later today!

Linda - cute pics. glad the baptism went well. Jacque - in the snow is our black lab dog! he was funny, he always peed in the road because it was less deep there LOL! Alisha - the doc checked her ears, nose, throat and said all looked well Jennifer - where are you? Natalie temps aren't dangerously high just staying in the mid 101's, with an occassional 102.1 still don't know what it is, going to call the doc later to make sure they all came out OK! Then Dh's father has been in th hospital for the last 2 weeks, got to go home Friday, then last night back in. thinking there is a clot in his lungs now. he doesn't look real good, but we are hoping he pulls thru.

Sorry girls, I'm still here!!! Just not feeling well so I haven't been on the computer as much. I still try to come on and read at least once a day though to keep me updated! I will try to come on this afternoon/evening sometime while Quentin is at work so I can post an update on myself.
Linda - I love the new pictures! Isabelle is so adorable in her dress!
Jacque - How did your baby shower go? Can't wait to hear about it!
