advice make sure you deal with the tantrums now because they will get worse before better. MY SIL found that out the hard way.
Doc appt stunk. no progress at all, Natalie isn't even near the cervix so won't be changing probably until she comes down. So will take daily walks around our block and will bounce on the exercise ball, so hopefully she will move down so I can make progress. She is just too comfy in there!

Hey ladies! Sorry I've been MIA, but it's babies galore around here!! Sil had her baby. Thank God she was born fine....sil's a heavy smoker, and never quit (or even tried) during her pregnancy. She had weekley u/s's for the last 10wks because they were so worried about her. She was a week o/d and weighed 6lbs 8oz. So she was happy about that. My cousin also had her baby, a girl, 9lbs 3 oz's!!!!!!! OMG!! 2 weeks o/d. BUT.....my poor cousin bled like crazy. She quit contracting just as it was time to start pushing, and pushed for 2 hours. She was given pitocin to try to get contracting again, but it never worked that well. Still, she had a vag delivery. She got 2 bags of blood that morning, and one that evening. (This was Friday) She finally got out of the hospital today. Poor girl. To top it off, she never knew what she was having, but was sure she was going to have a boy, and bought mostley boy stuff. So, I brought her up some of Jayda's stuff, and she doesn't fit any of the newborn stuff!! lol Luckly, Jayda's done with most of her 0-3 mos clothes so I gave her what I could. Craziness!! lol
Diane, sorry to hear your docs appt was dissapointing. Been ther, done that. But, the good news is, that even though it doesn't feel like it right now, the time will pass fairly quick and your little one will be here soon!
Chrissy, I'm so glad things are going good with Kira! I agree with Diane...nip the tantrums in the bud now! lol I can't believe she likes sippy cups already!!! How old is she again? Wow, awsome baby!! How does she sleep at night?
Nicola, how's it goin girl? I know your pretty worn out with the job and everything. Hope you and your boys are all well!!
Mel, hope things are going smoothly with the new baby!! You gotta come back soon so we can see some pics!!
Gotta go for the night....BEDTIME!! Keirah started school today, so were back into a schedule....now MY holidays begin!! lol

Hey ladies... I just got this email from Chrissy, I wanted to share it with all of you so you knew how Kira was doing. I cannot believe she was so sick!!!!
Jacque
hello all, as the phone is ringing off the hook with support and concern, i figured a quick email would be best in case i cant get back to you right now, thank God Kira is doing better! God is with her and prayer definately worked! we came home sunday evening, Kira is resting and taking it easy, as i have to be very cautious and keep everything sanitary and watch the winter for germs and people, the dr. said yes germs are everywhere and exposure, but taking precautions is our best bet cause of the situation..... cause her resistance isnt good with fever, thats where it could be serious. we will follow up tomorrow at the dr...... since we have her home in july, she is always a smiley, happy, and the MOST BEAUTIFUL baby, so we didnt even think anything was wrong, she only cries when she doesnt want to be bothered, and wants her mommy....now we just take precautions, i was protective of Kira before, now even more sooooo! Kira is my life! joe and i are doing better. thanks for the calls. we will be in touch.

Chrissy: I am sorry that Kira is still fighting her infection. Did they ever figure out what was causing it? Is it possible it is just the transition between her old home and her new home, maybe her immune system just needs to get used to the germs and illnesses we have here in the states. I know it can be an issue, because friends of ours are adopting and they just learned about this in one of their classes. I hope whatever it is it passes really soon. There is nothing more stressful then a sick child.
Drew: I love baby booms! I am glad everyone's baby is doing great, and hope that the mommies are on the fast road to recovery.

Hi Melissa! Chrissy - I hope Kira fights this infection quickly. sick babies/children is a very hard thing. you just feel so bad you can't do anything to help, but just remember you being there does help.
