Hey girlies! How is everybody? Sorry it's been SOOOOO long but I've been swamped up to my eyeballs! I had interviews all last week for the 2 positions I applied for. I should find out about them Friday. Then I had to make an unexpected trip to the dr's office for contractions (yes, at 24.5 weeks). All she told me was that my cervix was still closed and to go home and relax and drink LOTS of water. Then this weekend we were running around like crazy. OMG I am ready for the weekend already! Lissa - I'm sorry about the but at the same time I want to remind you that it all happens in God's time. Maybe he was waiting for you to get situated in school before throwing a wrench in there for you. And, you have had a LOT going on with your life lately. Move, no move. School, no school. You even thought about joining the military at one point. I would just suggest that you only track when your a/f starts from now on. That way you're not stressing over when to test, when you O'd, or any of that junk. You can focus on the family and school. Then if it happens it happens. Chrissy - What is going on with your mil? I've wanted to call a couple of times but I know you're teaching at night for the next couple weeks. When does that end? Diane - How are things with you? Nicola - How did the babtism go? Has anybody heard from Drew and I missed it? Well, I will try to check back in soon!

Hi girls so sorry I haven't been around for a couple of days but yet again Lucas isn't well! He started being sick Saturday night and all day sunday, then he refused to feed sunday afternoon and still isn't taking much now ( maybe 2 ounces every 5 hours, which he doesn't keep down), he's very sleepy has been up all night with diarrhoea and isn't keeping water down now either. So guess where we are going this morning - you got it to the doctors.
The baptism went as well as it could as he was ill, we did think we were going to have to cancel about an hour before! Anyways managed to get him settled and he slept through it all while in church, but it was early when I took him home. Luckily we had hired a function room for the party afterwards so people were able to stay. A couple of family members came back to my house once I had got Lucas to bed so I did managed to have a couple of drinks! But it definately didn't go as planned!
Lissa - sorry about the BFN hunny, maybe it is time to focus on school now and take the stress of ttc for a little while (that is when it will prbably happen). Glad you enjoyed your weekend, it sounds like the kind of thing I could do with at the moment!!LOL!! x x x
Mel - good to hear from you but SLOW DOWN!!!!!! You really do need to be taking it a lot easier hunny x x x
Chrissy - How you doing? Any news about that little bundle of joy of yours? x x x
Diane - how you doing, hope all is going well x x x
Has any one heard from Drew? x x x

Nicola - When Hunter wouldn't keep things down I would give him some Pedialite in a medicine dropper and just give him a few ml's at a time and he would be able to keep it down that way. That's what his dr. recommended. I'm sorry your little guy is sick though. I personally don't feel like I'm over doing anything (especially today) and one of my friends actually told me it was perfectly normal to have contractions this early with subsiquent pg's (she's had 3 kids).
Lissa - Our church is going on a womens retreat on the weekend that I'm due. I really wanted to go but just can't. I'm a little bummed.

Lissa - I guess I don't feel I'm over doing it because I seemed to do more when I was pg with Hunter. But then again maybe not since I didn't have Hunter to take care of at that time. Who knows. I think my greatest fear about first attending church is that it would be so sterile and 'unfun' but once we got involved it became really fun. We still did the same types of thing but our get togethers no longer revolved around getting drunk. We actually feel like we have a family in our church now.
