To keep Buddy Groups from getting to long, we lock the old thread and start a new one. You can still go back and read from the old thread (they are located in the Buddy Group Achieves), but will need to post on this one from here on out. Happy Posting Thanks Jacque

Thanks aldies!!! The thing is that I am not really that upset this time. I had a feeling that she was going to show when my temps started to drop! Oh well, on to the next cycle. Whenever AF shows I treat myself to a Cherry Coke (or a DR Pepper) and a bag of combos... it is the only time I drink caffeine or eat that much saturated fat... but hey, once a month is not that bad, is it? LOL The kicker is that I could not even get a new Thermometer last night. The TOTAL IDIOTS at WalMart decided to move EVERYTHING in the store around.... the sad thing is that the isle signs that tell you where everything is had not been changed yet. So NONE of the shopper knew where anything was. So.... I found what I had to get and then left. I will get a BBT from Walgreen's before AF is gone.... Well... on to TTC a December Baby!!!!! Jacque

Yep, as soon as I read your post I knew that you were right. I am not going to take my temps this cycle. I am going to be out of town the 4 days before Ovulation anyway, so it would just be a pain to chart my temps during that time. The last thing I want to do is set my alarm for 6:30am while I am on vacation!
So, have either of you scheduled your "big" ultrasound yet? Within two months we should know if you ladies are having little boys or little girls!

Hi ladies! We had another busy weekend. Friday night we had tumbling and a fish fry fundraiser at Kailey's school. Saturday we had Special Olympics practice and had some of the day care kids over for a movie night. Then Sunday we had a tumbling meet - Kailey placed 4th - she is getting better!!! and our hot water heater broke so Mike and Dusty had to put that in. I am spotting today, so AF is out the door. I am definitely not temping this cycle, but I have been cleaning my house... and still have not found that thermometer. I wonder what the heck happened to it.
Also... we are leaving for a mini vacation this weekend! I will be gone Friday, Saturday, and coming home on Sunday night. I took Monday off of work to relax and Babydance... woohoo we planed this trip out right, we will be back in time for O day. I am going to use OPK's but I am not going to start them until about CD11 or 12 since I do not O until usually around 15 or 16.
I bleached my hair, but only the top layer, the bottom layer I colored a lighter shade of brown, so I have a two toned highlighted sort of look. It is a golden color, and I love it.
Linda: That is a week from tomorrow! How awesome would it be if they could tell you if you were having a boy or a girl! WooHoo!!!!! --- It is official, you are in your second trimester!!!
Diane: I loved hearing the heartbeat. No matter how many times I heard it, each time was just as amazing!!!
So ladies, what is new and exciting???

hey ladies.
Jacque - wow you had a very busy weekend, but glad Kailey is getting better and better at her tumbling! And enjoy your mini-vacation, where are you oging??
Linda - at my doc appt I asked when I will get an u/s and he likes to be around 20 weeks so I have to be 22 weeks for mine, that is how my appt falls. And he said around 16 weeks is when they can tell gender more accurately.

Hey Diane, well I found out that Luke was a boy at my ER visit when I was 14 wks 6 days, for this one I'll be 14 wks 4 days, so I hope this one cooperates! And I hope the tech will try, sometimes they won't even try which pisses me off, lol! I will get to have another u/s at 22-24 weeks. I asked for this one cause I couldn't wait that long to find out if my baby was okay. He said fine and I'll have to have another one later, I know after 22 weeks is the best time to look at the heart.
Jacque - good luck this month! Sounds like it will be perfect timing! I'm glad you don't have your thermometer, less stress for you, but it stinks that we won't be able to stalk your chart! LOL!

Okay, Jacque, you write HTML, right? How do you do hard returns on it? All my writing in my about me blurb is all jumbled together, I've tried </a>, but that's not working.

Linda: <br> or [ br] gives you a space, the more space you need between entires the more <br> or [ br] you use. It took me FOREVER to figure that one out. Thank God for my HTML for dummies book! --- Just leave the space out of the one with the [], I did that so you could see the code..... also, the one with <> is for "normal" HTML.... for this site, use the [] one.
Be back in a bit gotta get Kailey ready for school.....

I was looking at the calendar and the next month is going to be so busy... we have first Communion, Easter, and Kailey's next meet is on Palm Sunday, I think that is the 9th. Then her last (or second to last) is the State Meet, and that is the last weekend of April. If she places at least 10th then she will go on to Nationals.... and I am not sure when that is, but how cool would it be if she went to Nationals!!!!!
My hair looks like crap today, so I will post some photos when we get back... I will have my makeup and hair done while we are gone... I never do it when I am working, it is just a waste of time, the kids do not care what I look like anyway.
Our trip is going to be small, but relaxing.... we are going to Chicago!!!! Not to far, it will only take us a few hours to get there. Not sure what we are doing while we are there... we are staying at this steller Holiday Inn (it is in Countryside/Lagrange), it has an Olympic size swimming pool, a two hot tubs, a huge workout room, a kids room, a game center, a game room, and I LOVE IT! We stay there every time we go to Chicago. We might be going to the museums, or the zoo... not sure, we are going to play it by ear. I just cannot wait..
I am glad I am not temping also.... so much more relaxed this cycle! I might take a few months off of temping!!!

Thanks for the help with the HTML Jacque! I got my page to look nicer now.
When are you coming to Chicago? Wave hi as you drive by! Are you coming up on I-57? If so, when you pass the exit that says Monee/Manhatten Rd, that's me.
