Jacque - No, I haven't heard the HB on doppler yet, and yes, I'm freaking out! I moved my appt up to March 9 instead of March 15 because I'm freaking out and the nurses knew that, so they let me move it up. So, I will find out Thursday the status!
Diane - I had lots of ultrasounds when I was pg with Luke, but my RE seems to do things different, like as soon as they can say it's a viable pg (heartbeat is detected) they don't do much else for ya. They sent me off to my OB and they won't do anymore ultrasounds, even after I expressed my fears the nurse wouldn't do it! I was so upset! She was just like "well, have you been having any problems?" and I was like "no, but I've had missed miscarriages before" and she was just like "oh, well if you have any problems give us a call". I guess I should have lied! Oh well, I know my OB will give me an u/s on Thursday if he can't find the HB, so I'm thankful for my reliable OB at least!

Linda: You are right, I would be freaking out also.... have you heard the heartbeat at all? I am having trouble keeping everyone's pregnancies strait... but I think I remember you seeing it on a sonogram... but I might be wrong. I am glad you are going in Thursday. I hope that your DR does the sonogram and that you see your little one in all of his (or her) glory.. with their little heart just beating away! -- I wish there was something I could say to ease your mind... just know this, your and your baby are in my thoughts and prayers and I just know that everything is ok. Jacque - I am done with the progesterone, but still on the Metformin until 14weeks. That is just 2 pills a day so no biggie. Hope your day is going good with the kids out of school.
Linda - Thursday isn't that far away. I am sure all is fine!

Diane: Thanks! My day is going great, with only the big kids here I have gotten so much accomplished!!! WooHoo! Kailey's room is cleaned and organized, we brought out 7 bags of old toys, clothes, blankets.... you name it! All of it is not worthy of good will or even a garage sale... so we are going to get rid of it! --- 2 pills, that is not bad at all! What is the Metformin for?

Girls, you have to keep me sane. I just don't feel pregnant anymore and it's freaking me out! I am dreading going to the doctor and finding out the baby has died. I want this baby so bad and I don't know if I can go through this again. My son may be an only child. Why oh why can't I have a normal pregnancy? Why can't they give me weekly u/s's so that I don't have to put myself through this? I had a dream last night that I was at the hospital begging for an u/s and they finally agreed and made me wait and wait and wait some more and I finally woke up and never got to have one! Oy!

Linda - don't worry I had those fears also! I wanted to lie to call to say I was not feeling pg any longer so I could get another u/s, but I did wait until my 10 week appt and all was fine. Please try to stay calm and please believe all is OK until you are told otherwise. There is nothing you could have done differently, you were on the right meds, so I believe all is fine. I know that is easier said than done, but it is really for the best. But if you are that nervous maybe call and ask if you could have an earlier appt? At my 10 week appt, I was getting very very nervous because I bet it took the doc about 5 minutes before he found the h/b. But he finally did. The baby is so small right now, so I am sure it would be hard to find. Here is a cool website: pregnancy.about.com/cs/pregnancycalendar/l/blweek6.htm

Diane: Thanks for sharing the site with us!!!! Linda: Girl, you need to calm down!!!! I know that it is easier said then done. I know I would be worrying just as much as you are.... but Diane is right. You have done everything in your power to make this the perfect pregnancy. You have rested, taken your meds, eaten healthy. You are the epitome of a pregnant woman. Plus... you do have at least one pregnancy symptom....... you are emotional and worrying! You only have about 48 hours until your appointment. Stay calm and think happy thoughts. You have NO reason to think that there is anything wrong. You are almost to the 12 week mark and your body is getting used to being pregnant. That is why you are not as sick. Hugs & love! It will be ok. I AM SO PROUD!!! There is a new baby in the family... my cousin Aimee (who posts on the Chatterbox) gave birth to Brayden Joshua on February 22! He weighed 7 lbs, 9.5 oz. and was 20" long. I finally have some photos and he is PERFECT! And now.... our 2nd Chatter Box baby! Please welcome to the world baby Brayden!!! Jacque

Linda: I have thought more about this. Call the Dr and tell them that you are worried out of your mind. Tell them that you are scared to death something has happened to the baby and that you need to go in for an appointment today. If they do not let you come in then it is time for a new DR. You need to have your mind put at ease. Good luck, let me know what you decided to do.
Jacque

I already called and had my appt moved up from Wednesday because I was going out of my mind, it wouldn't have been until the 15th if I didn't call. This was the soonest they could squeeze me in, since it's not an emergency I can't get in quicker. I could probably lie and say I'm in pain or something, but then they'd probably send me to the ER and I'd have to pay $75! I can make it to Thursday, it's just so nervewracking.....

Jacque - back away from the Girl scout cookies. Too limit your intake you can freeze them! they are wonderful later also.
Linda - if you look at that site I posted right now your baby is the size of 4 paper clips - that isn't very big at all.
I forgot Jacque you asked what Metformin is for. It is a diabetic drug actually but has known to help with women with PCOS. since I have some signs of PCOS my doc thought I should try it. it did get me to O regularly on Clomid so that was great. also helped me lose 20 pounds! so they keep you on the med until the end of the 13th week to help lower m/c!

Happy Ovulation Day to me Happy Ovulation Day to me We baby danced this morning Happy Ovulation Day to me......
WOOHOO LINDA!!! I just heard your baby's heartbeat!!! How amazing is that.... we have never talked in person, we have never officially met, you live 3 hours away from me.. but still, I was just able to hear your baby's heartbeat and it was just perfect. I bet you are soooo unbelievably happy! This is just fantastic news! So... how long did it take you to find it? Does the Doppler tell you how many beats per minute, or did you have to count it?
Diane: I did not have ONE girl scout cookie, the kids had some I even held them while I passed them out to the kids, but I did not eat one of them! And I got on the scale and even though I ate like a cow on Sunday I am where I should be at for today!!!! --- I am glad you did not have POCS, but you mentioned you had some signs of it... what were they?
Talk to you both soon!
