Hope you don't mind if I put a special weigh loss thread in here, it will be easier to find and keep track of everyone's progress. Here's my ticker to start:

Howdy girls,
WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO! I'm so flippin' excited! I just FINALLY got my next 5 pound star! I can't believe it, even over Thanksgiving break. It has taken me 7 weeks to lose 5 pounds, and I never would have imagined that I would finally get it on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Especially with how much I drank on Thanksgiving. Hee hee! Anyways, I'm down 30 pounds since June 25th when I joined Weight Watchers. Yeah!
Linda, I only lost .4 pounds this week, but I'm still so happy. You should be so proud of yourself for losing 2 pounds. That's a great loss! I'm proud of you. Keep up the excellent work!
Amanda, How are you doing on the weight loss? Your ticker isn't showing up correctly. Did you copy the bb code? The ticker factory gives you several choices of codes, but I think you may have copied the wrong one because it is just showing your link code. I'm curious to know how you're doing.
So girls, what day of the week are your weigh ins? My meetings are on Saturday mornings at 8:00. I know...I'm nuts!

Hi skinnies!
Alisha-Yes, I pasted the wrong code. I was too frustrated to go back and fix it.
Diane-once you have that baby you need to come on over here! Are you going to breastfeed? If you do then you get lots of extra points if you do WW (like 10 a day!)
Linda-How's this week going? I think that 2lbs is a fabulous weight loss. Do not get discouraged-it's a journey, not a race.
So I am not doing so hot this week. I have this cold which is making it so I can't do my 30 day shred workout (which I love love love!). It really is making a difference in the way my body looks (even after only 10 days). So I am sad and a bit disheartened by that. I think I have still lost this week though, maybe around a pound (at least that's what my home scale shows). I made Alex and Abbie eat all the leftover pumpkin pie for breakfast this morning so that I wouldn't be tempted anymore (yes, I realize that pie for bf isn't the healthiest for a 6 yr old, but it's probably better than doughnuts!!)
My weigh in day is Sunday at 9:30-so we will see tomorrow how well I did with the holiday and not working out much this week. As of last week I was down 9.9lbs, so hopefully this week I will get another 5lb star. I have noticed that my pants are a bit too big, and I need a belt to keep them up. That is the best part, clothes being too big!
I will post tomorrow after my weigh in!

I just got back from my meeting. I lost 1.6 lbs! Yay! I am surprised since I haven't been exercising and I have been eating leftovers for the last 2 days. So my total weight loss is 11.5 lbs since October 18th.
Linda-you may have lost, you never know. Alisha and I both lost even though we didn't think that we did well with Thanksgiving.
Okay-lots to do to get ready for the upcoming week!! Have a great day skinnies!!

I checked, I went back up a pound, oh well. I'm working on getting a treadmill, I was going to get one as soon as my stock from my work got sold, but they are taking their time doing it, so I might just buy it on credit card and get it this weekend, then I can start walking while watching TV and lose weight!

Good plan Linda! If you lived close I'd give you my treadmill as it is sitting in the garage getting dusty!

Hey there, WOO HOO AMANDA! GOOD FOR YOU! Well, I'm with you Linda. I had a small gain this week, half a pound. But, I'm not too discouraged because I know why I didn't lose. I wasn't spacing my meals out well. I'm really excited about a purchase I made on ebay (my first purchase). When I was searching on Weight Watchers online the other day, I found a listing about Points bracelets. So, I went on to ebay, and there were tons of listings for Weight Loss bracelets. I found some beautiful ones and ordered two. You should check them out. What you do is use this little charm to move a bead for each point you eat. It is the coolest thing, ever! Anyways, I got three charms, so I'm going to track daily points, weekly allowance points and fruits and veggies servings. (I've found that I only lose when I eat all of my fruits and veggies.) If you do go to ebay to check them out, let me give you a warning. There is a woman who has stolen all of the designs of another lady on there and I was tricked by her. The woman who stole the designs also lowered the prices a little, but then she gets you with the shipping charges. The bad woman has a business called Signature charms. The good one is the L.M. Beads business. It's a REALLY long and drawn out story about how I found out about this, so I won't bore you with it, but trust me...you don't want to give the Signature Charms your business. The owner's name is Jessica Lavendar. I'm so upset with her! The lady that owns L.M. Beads is a stay at home mom and shetried to get Jessica Lavendar to stop stealing her designs, but she wouldn't do it. She's awful! The woman even stole a whole paragraph of L.M. Beads words to describe her business and bracelets! What a horrible thing to do!!! Anyways, the bracelets are around $9.99 from L.M. beads and she only charges like $2.95 for shipping. You should at least check them out. I think I typed Weight Watchers Points Braclets in the search box on ebaby to find them. Just be careful to look for L.M. Beads instead of Signature Charms. Even though the bracelets are a dollar or two cheaper than L.M. Beads, I ended up paying more for my bracelet from Signature Charms, because of the shipping. So, to wrap it all up, Signature Charms...bad, L.M. Beads...good. I hope you like them. I got them because I've been doing WW for nearly 6 months now, and I don't feel like I need to write everything down anymore. As long as I"m keeping track of the points, the fruits and veggies and the weekly allowance, I'm good to go. Alisha

Hi skinnies!!
So at my weigh in I was up 0.7. BUT, (there's always a but, isn't there?) I was wearing jeans and regular clothes today, and normally I wear workout clothes to weigh in (lightweight tank and yoga capris). So, I actually think that I probably maintained. I'm not upset. Plus I was so sick this week w/ bronchitis and on Friday I did not track at all, it was all I could do to get out of bed and drag myself to the Dr's office for drugs (which she gave me and I am doing MUCH better today). Then I went through the Carl's Jr drive thru after getting my prescriptions, so not great, but that was all I ate on Friday (definitely didn't get my GHGs that day). I am hoping to start working out again tomorrow.
They unveiled the new 'Momentum' plan today. It really isn't going to change the way I have been doing WW. But the Core people didn't seem too happy that they have to track now. They actually unveiled Momentum online a few days ago, so I already knew about most of the changes.
Alisha-I have heard about the tracking bracelets. I'm pretty happy about using eTools to track, but maybe if I get bored with that I'll get a bracelet. Welcome to eBay! I am an eBay freak. I had to cut back because I was buying more than I was selling. But I have done a TON of eBay, let me know if you have any questions.
Talk to you later!
Amanda

Hi girls,
Amanda, I went online to see what the changes are and I couldn't find anything specific. All I saw is that they have combined flex and core to make only one program, but I didn't see a description of the new program. My leader said that this Saturday, we will get a whole new "getting started" session as a whole group and she will unveil it there.

Alisha-there is a tab on the main page called Momentum. Do you subscribe to eTools? I wonder if your main page is different than mine. The main difference is that they are emphasizing using 'filling foods' (basically Core foods) to use up your points, instead of eating crap, even if you stay in your points. My meeting on Sunday was very long since they went over the new plan. It's not too different, unless you use your points to eat like 10 100 calorie packs a day. You'll see on Saturday.
