I am guilty of eating too much candy also
But starting to get better - and once AF is gone and after the weekend I am watching what I eat and drink lots of water!

I am fat and I am scared to weigh in tomarrow. I too have had way to much Halloween Candy...
On the Bright side, Terri has lost 13 pounds! ;D I am so proud of her!

Ok I was down to 303 (Naked) and now I am at 305 (fully clothed) so my guess is that I have lost a little, but I do not want to get naked because my bathroom is cold.... Jacque

I was the same - but for eating Halloween candy and making goodies for the b-day party I think that is good!

U are to funny jacque anoud the naked part...you are like me I think and type...hha hhe But yeSSSS I'm the same way I eat alot about a week before AF..so I geuss 'yup O time...But mostly choc! why is that..why do us women WANTTTT choc soo bad at AF time...?? Well I will be happy to report that I have started going to my dads house and running and walking on his tredmill....nice one to ! I told him no one uses it...I WILL" Just soooo weird getting off one of those things...Dang' feels like when you get off a trapoline, but worse! I am doing good this week! WooHoo! I am actually looking forward to weighing in!
Aalissa: I threw away the candy on Monday! I love walking on the Treadmill, it is a good thing to because it is to cold to walk outside. It is only about 20 degrees right now!
Diane: You are not aloud to get sick, it is to close to O time!
Cindy: I saw on your ticker that you have lost 2 pounds WOOHOO!
Terri and Linda: I hope you are both being strong this week! Drink lots of water!

I didn't lose anything! And don't plan on losing any this week with Thanksgiving! But I am drinking more water and doing my situps again!

I did not weigh in on Friday... but today and I was down to 302! I lost another pound. I hope I can keep it up through this week!

Jacque - I was doing situps not much 20/25 of each different ones. Both sides, lower, upper, pelvic tilts so doesn't take much time!

I vote that we do not weigh in until next Friday.... I am not weighing in the day after Thanksgiving.... that would be way to traumatic!

I agree!! I am having back spasms so my stomach is swollen right now and tomorrow I'm going to go walking on the tred. sitting makes it worse!

well running on the tredmill is out! its to much for my back. so I can only do walking on it...the spasms on my right side are from pushing myself to hard. so I will do palites only till I feel better.....I new that I can't run but I was tryen to be a tough girl...well look where it got me...
