Had my 32 week appt today
Blood pressure was great, lost 2 1/2 lbs, so I'm back down to 10 lbs gained instead of 12 1/2. Doc asked me if I was eating okay and I was like "oh yeah!" I was really swollen at the last appt, so we think that's why I had gained so much last time and lost this time.
Baby is doing great and doc thinks I won't make it to my c-section date cause she's so big. But I'm not holding my breath since Luke was big too and I never labored with him!
Diane - sorry you might have a repeat, I didn't want that either, but I've come to terms with it. Hope she's not measuring too big though!

I have so much to catch up on!!! I am going to do this over a few posts because it is storming really bad here and once it starts lightning again I am going to have to shut the computer down, and I do not want to risk losing anything!!! Linda: LUKE IS POTTY TRAINED!!! How awesome is that, you will only have one kid in diapers!!! WooHoo! Plus you are going to cloth diaper Isabelle, right? So Goodbye diaper expense!!! So will you have a diaper service clean the diapers or will you? Be sure to let me know how it goes, I am curious about it.--- I love your new belly photo! I will be posting both of mine on Saturday, then I will have a 10 w 5 d one and a 12 w 5 day one, and you will be able to compare them. I am really starting to show. Maybe there are really two babies in me after all! How great would that be? --- I love the letters and the hat you made Luke! Where did you get the supplies for the letters. I know that "everyone" is adding letters to their baby's room... I want some too. I am thinking about making some with a jungle type theme to hang above the doors in the baby's room. LOL on the box, you know.... my 11 year old day care kids still get excited about playing with boxes. Diane: I LOVE the photo of you and Jacob, it is just adorable. Your belly is huge! Only a little over 5 weeks left, soon we will be counting down the days instead of the weeks. --- Natalie is measuring big? How big is BIG? Any chance of going early? I hope you can still go the VBAC route, but if she is really big then maybe it would be best to have the c-section. I can't help but notice you are already talking about #3....... All caught up on this page, I am going to post this and then catch up on the last page. Jacque

Like I said in my last post to Linda, I am taking my new belly shot on Saturday, then I will have 2 so I will post them then, that way you can really see how big I am getting. I MADE IT PAST 12 WEEKS AND I AM ALMOST DONE WITH MY FIRST TRIMESTER!!!! Words cannot describe how happy I am. Morning sickness is down to about once a day (thank-GOD!). Other then that all is well will me and baby.
I have not been posting much because day care has been really busy, and we are now officially in back to school season!!! Kailey is switching schools this year. We decided to take her out of the catholic school and send her to public school. She is very excited about the change, and so am I. We have been school clothes shopping for the very first time (she wore uniforms at Vitiation) and already have her school supplies bought. She starts school a week from Monday!! I am going to miss her so much.
Diane: It was nice being missed, sorry I fell so far behind. Like I said in the last paragraph things have been crazy busy here. I will be on much more now that school will be starting soon!
Linda: Glad your 32 week appointment went well! Your my hero when it comes to weigh gain, I am still down 2 pounds... not bad since I am already in my 4th month!!!! I hope I can keep it up. But I know that the further along I get the harder it will be for me. I just love to eat and I am always hungry!!!
So... I am thinking about caving and finding out the gender, what do you think???

Jacque - good to see you, I was worried about you. I even PM'd Linda asking if she knew where you were at LOL! really just moments before you posted here. Glad you are starting to fee a little better.
I am glad things are going well, but sorry the daycare is crazy right now. Hope Kailey likes her new school.
The doc said she is measuring 2 weeks ahead, but no more, just said we will wait and see what the u/s shows. I know my belly is huge and I still have 5 + weeks left
The last few days I have been having a burning/pulling sensastion at the c-sec scar, and then lsat night it felt like her hand was rubbing on my cervix, told DH she is trying to find her way out LOL! she can arrive any time after my next appt.
I am not a good person to ask I would say find out it is fun and helps you plan - and I am a planner. you get to know, maybe you and Kailey could do a little project for the new sibling. I still think it is a surprise, don't know when they come usually, and don't know what they look like - eyes, hair, etc or what there personality is going to be like!

There's Jacque! (Ignore my PM Diane!)
Yes, I'm cloth diapering Isabelle, but not full time. My mom won't do it when she watches her, but she does buy her own diapers, so that helps! No service for me, I wash my own diapers, it's so simple, why not!
I got the letters for her room at Target and then I painted them with some acrylic paint and bought a ribbon that I hot glued to the back, that's it!
I think you should find out the gender, but I'm just a very impatient person so that's why! LOL! Like Diane said, it's still a surprise when you have the baby because you don't know what they look like, how much hair they'll have, their personality. I just can't wait to find out all that stuff about Isabelle!
So it was storming by you too Jacque? We were under a severe thunderstorm warning this morning, it was a pretty scary sky! Nothing happened though, I'm afraid for my house though since I live further south than where I work and it was really bad under I-80. My DH is a dispatcher for a garbage company, and they have some people down in Kankakee and one of the drivers said he was watching huge trees just split in half, not fun!
Can't wait to see your belly photos!

See, I am really impatient too. And to make matters worse I am a planner, I plan everything... down to every minute of every day. I have to or it would be total kahos here with all of the kids...... Anyway, last week Mike, Kailey and I went shopping for school clothes. While we were at Target we looked at baby outfits and found a little bears jersey with a bib and booties. It was so cute, and we would put a girl or a boy in it because we all wear football jerseys on game day. Anyway, Mike and I really started talking about if we should find out, and we both really want to. Mainly because we want to start buying clothes and all that because as you know, everything else is already bought for baby! It looks like my big ultrasound will be in about 7-8 weeks, right when I hit the 20 week mark. So I will know what I am having by the middle of October, so we still have a little time to talk it over. I think I will schedule it at my 19 week appointment. All I know is that I have an appointment when I turn 15 weeks, then the next week I have my quad-scan tests, then at 17 I have my first glucose test, at 18 weeks I have nothing major, at 19 weeks I have an appointment, then at 20 weeks I have an ultrasound, then at 21 I will have another glucose test. I will have 3 glucose test in all because the DR is nervous that this baby will be as big as Kailey was..... So, we are really leaning twards finding out. It will help us plan and all that.... plus we will be able to have EVERYTHING ready for when baby gets here, including enough outfits. Diane: LOL on Natalie trying to escape. When is your next appointment, less then two weeks from now... right? I agree, she can come early... How about labor day weekend??? Day care will gets alot better once the older kids are back to school. They are just getting antsy and tired of being around each other, no I take that back... they are just tired of being around their siblings all day in day care and then they are still around each other on the nights and weekends. They just need to do their own thing. Linda: The storms were awful, we had trees down and everything. This is the third time this summer we had such awful storms.... I hope this not a foreshadowing of our winter. The last thing I want is to have to deliver my baby along side I-80 in a snow storm!!!!

Jacque - I like your belly pic! Can't wait to watch you grow!
Diane - anything going on with you?
So, we went to the open house for preschool last night, Luke made a painting with a marble, he is going to have so much fun, I can't wait! We met his teachers and got to know the area. I think I'm gonna cry on his first day!

Linda - I know I will cry on Jacob's first day of preschool also, but we are waiting to put him in, maybe January or next year, haven't decided yet. he can't go to Kindergarden until he is almost 6 and I think 1 year of preschool is plenty. So this fall we are putting him into tumbling class again, then in October/November we will tour preschools and decide.
Nothing much going on, every day I get 1 really strong contrax, but notihng to get excited about. 1 contrax in 24 hours isn't much. Can't wait until Tuesay so I can see Natalie again!
Jacque - my vote is to find out LOL! Hope things are going good, next week most kids will be in school right?

LOOK AT MY TICKER, MY BABY IS IN THE 4TH BOX!!!!!
Kailey's school open house was really cool last night. We really like Kailey's teacher... she seems awesome. There are also two 3rd grade teachers there from Visitation (they started working at Irving last school year) and they both said Kailey's teacher was a really good teacher. Plus all of the teachers in each grade work with all of the kids.... so Kailey will also be working with the Teachers that used to work at Visitation. We also looked at Joe's room(my brother) and met his teacher, his class is right below Kailey's so she thought that was cool. We also looked in Cole's class room (a day care kid that is in the second grade) and said hi to his teacher, he is on the opposite side of the building as Joe and Kailey. I was really nervous, but by the time we left I knew that we made the right choice and that Kailey is going to like it there. Plus, there are 5 kids in Kailey's class that she knows in passing, so that will help her get adjusted to everything new.
Mike got me a DVD burner for my birthday.... now I can make the video at home instead of going over to our friend Chip's house. It will make things so much easier! I also got Remember the Titans (next to Hoosiers this is the best sports movie ever) and the 6th Harry Potter book in paper back. The biggest surprise was the heart monitor, he bought one and I was soooo excited, but it does not work, so we have to exchange it for another one. Bummer.
Anyway, it has taken me 3 hours to type this, I am going to post this now and then get to personals in a bit.

You are both so close to delivery, so I have to ask.... will you have your "call person" add me to their list so I can find out right away about the girls arrival? Either that or could you have a friend of yours email me? I know that with C-sections it might be a bit harder for you to let me know right away, and I am just to excited to wait!!!! Diane: I did not know Jacob was in tumbling too. Kailey just loves it, and there are a TON of boys in her class, right now there are 10 boys and 2 girls. Her friend Jarrett was 10th best in his age group in the state. I just love it when the little ones tumble, I cannot wait until I can enroll my baby!!! -- Kailey went to Preschool for 2 years, but they were both extremely part time. The first year was 2 days a week, the second was 3 days and both times it was only half days. -- Thanks for the birthday wishes, like I said it was a great day. -- WooHoo for the contractions starting, soon Natalie will be here!!! Linda: I LOVE Isabelle's Halloween costume. It is just adorable!!! Jacque
